★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Client depuis 4 ans Tres mauvais service depuis plusieur mois personelle ne ses pas communiquer avec leur bureau chef et meme le superviseur nes pas courtoi et arrognant va changer de bank et deconseille a tout personne tres mauvai service et il ne parle pas tres bien le francais
 Customer for 4 years Very poor service for several months personal not communicating with their head office and even the supervisor is not courteous and arrogant will change bank and advise anyone very poor service and he does not speak French very well

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is it so hard to hire more tellers? Everytime I go here there is a huge lineup. Also most of the time there are a bunch of ladies that just talk behind the counter not helping customers at all. The most I've waited in line was about half an hour! It's like they don't appreciate their customer's time whatsoever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manger rude aggressive and won't conform to government law. Escorted out by guard even after showing proof he was breaking law called it his bank and he will do what he wants. You have the right to cash your Government of Canada cheque at any bank for free, even if you’re not a customer.
