It's NOT a mistake that is a picture of the parking lot, but it surely was NOT taken during a regular bus. Day because this is the worst place to find parking or it is the BEST place to NOT find parking. This place was ok when I first opened my account with them in 1988 and I was a student and got off the city bus. Also, brought my elderly mother there for an appointment, hhat is our "home" location. Handicap access is difficult, 1) no parking, have to find something down one of the streets. 2) hc access is via Gov. building and then thru hallway. It is NOT direct into the bank. All in all NOT a user friendly location. Very frustrating and NOT at all comfortable as banking should be!

they are so efficient to charge 48 dollars for any nsf, even for 3 dollars missing. but when they block your card when you are outside the country good luck unlocking it. too much security inefficient. 13.5% on a line of credit...

I went into this location I'm all staff were originally friendly that changed when I explained my situation. I was told that they were not able to help me and even when I was sat down with a representative to help they kept asking the numbers for call and what to do to somebody else.

This branch is awful, the staff seem to cover for each others incompetence with more of the same. I don't trust them. Not open on the weekend, plus the parking lot is often full and on a Oneway street so it's not convenient. This review is based on reality, the 5-star reviews on here have to be made up.

Went at this location twice in a period of two years and a half, for advice on personal finance and investing (registered plans)., both were with same agent and it was not a good experience, in the sense that he was not very knowledgeable. Other times, I feel like clerks knowledge is limited to common transactions. Once you bring something uncommon, you just caused havoc in the whole branch.

My husband and I tried to call this branch 3 times and for 3 days we were told we would get a callback by noon. Never happened. Finally we call a 4th time and get a person who called back. When we asked why nobody called they said the guy who handles the type of appointment we needed was on vacation. So we were leaving voicemails for someone who isn't even here and nobody thought it was a good idea to make sure someone handled their voicemails. Fun! So they book us an appointment with "John". My husband and and I showed up before our appointment and we were promptly greeted. When we gave the name of the agent we were supposed to meet he got confused and he said "John" doesn't work here anymore. My husband shows him the confirmation email we got the night before and he says he quit the week before. Nobody would tell us how we booked an appointment with an employee who doesn't work here and nobody was available to take us. We took a taxi there in the snow and left annoyed. We will be closing our accounts and moving to another bank. TD has always given us spotty service but this was the last straw. We will never bank with TD again.
