Very poor customer service: the person who answered me was very rude and obviously not very interested in helping me (watch under warranty and broken down - but not purchased there it is true). However, I am a client of this jewelry store, and even subscribed to their VIP service which is after all only a selling point that does not correspond to anything. Jewelry to avoid! Muriel Dufour

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En essayant de changer la batterie de ma montre fossil ils ont crochi le bouton qui contrôle le chronométre. N'ayant pas réussi à ouvrir le boîtier par elle-meme la vendeuse/bijoutiere m'a demandé de tenter de l'ouvrir à sa place. Finalement j'ai du aller voir un vrai Horloger (à la place Cartier) qui m'a fait remarqué que le bouton du chrono était tout croche. Je suis retourné chez Roger Roy pour tenter de leur expliquer qu'ils avaient abîmé ma montre, mais ils n'ont rien voulu faire pour me dédommager sachant que j'étais mécontent. J'ai déjà acheter une montre Citizen à $300 la bas mais c'est fini. Pu jamais Roger Roy. Méfiez vous de ces incompetents!!!
When trying to change the battery of my fossil watch they crooked the button that controls the time. Having failed to open the case by itself the saleswoman / jeweler asked me to try to open it in its place. Finally I had to go see a real watchmaker (at Cartier Square) who made me notice that the chrono button was all wrong. I went back to Roger Roy to try to explain to them that they had damaged my watch, but they did not want to do anything to compensate me knowing that I was dissatisfied. I already buy a Citizen watch at $ 300 down but it's over. Can not Roger Roy. Beware of these incompetents !!!

I broke my gold medical alert bracelet and went there to ge it repaired and ended up I purchased a gold medical alert bracelet that was more than twice the price. I was told that it would not brake like my previous bracelet which had served me for three years. The new bracelet broke less than two months after my purchase and Of course it was lost. I will never go there again.
