Je vais ici depuis des années et j’ai eu 3 téléphones en 6 ans avec des contrats de deux ans. J’ai jamais eu de problème avec cette surcursale. 5/5! Great service, great promotions and discounts, the employees are well trained, they know what they are talking about and aim to save you money. I have been going here for years and have had 3 phones in 6 years on two year contracts. I never had a problem with this overcursal. 5/5!

Je me suis fais traiter comme si jetais une nuisance et on m'a même refuse un retour d'appareil a l'intérieur de mon 15 jours. J'ai du appeler 611 pour parler a quelqu'un qui a demander au comis de respecter mes droits et la politique d'échange. Faites un détour vers le magasin au promenades à Gatineau, le service est de beaucoup meilleur. Very bad service at this Telus shop. I got treated as if I was throwing a nuisance and I was even refused a return device within my 15 days. I had to call 611 to talk to someone who asked the county to respect my rights and exchange policy. Make a detour to the store at the Gatineau Parkway, the service is much better.

They told me to just use a wifi hotspot and went back to sitting around. Avoid this store at all costs, go to another one.
