★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience at Freedom on Montreal Road. Tyler got my plan and phone sorted and up and running in no time. He even listened to what I had to say and took the time to install the screen protector and case for me so I was up and running when I left the store. This is why I prefer dealing with Freedom. Thanks Tyler for making the whole experience human and frustration free!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot rave enough about how fantastic Patrick is at this location. He went above and beyond for me!!! I went in without any direction and not sure where to even start. Patrick not only guided me in the right direction but took the time to help me and set me up so I could have a working phone until mine was replaced. Freedom Mobile - Please recognize this amazing employee!! You are very lucky to have him on your team and representing your company!! Thank you again Patrick!!

I was with Bell and I wasn’t sure to sign a contract with Freedom but the seller ( young man) told me which if you won’t satisfied with freedom, you can return the phone and cancel the contract within 2 weeks. I wasn’t happy with the data speed then I went there only one day after purchasing the phone but he told me which the charging cable is opened then he can’t accept the return. It’s so RUDE. He lied to me easily and I can’t trust anyone after this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helpful, knowledgeable staff is why this is one of my favorite locations in the city. If you go in knowing what you want they won't pressure you into other plans, but sometimes they have information that can help you get more out of your phone plan (for the same price or a little bit more)!
Recently I visited to replace my SIM card; the associate who helped me had the issue resolved within 10 mins yet another location made the process seem very time consuming so I had decided to come to this location on a separate day when I had more time. The staff really understand their tech & are amazing at explaining things. I will always come here first if I ever need to anything from a Freedom store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went today to help my mom get a new phone because hers shattered into a million pieces. It was a busy sunday afternoon. Kyle was working and he was phenomenal. I've never seen someone multitask with such accuracy and have such a high level professionalism amd knowledge. He was very knowledgable as well and extremely helpful. He made life so much easier and was very considerate. Kyle is the best. Thank you so much for your hard work today :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I signed up with Freedom back in March of 2019 and I’ll be honest- I’ve been really frustrated with the lack of phone service that I’ve had (haven’t had) throughout Ottawa. I wanted to pay my remaining balance off today and switch to a more suitable service provider.
Kyle, at the Vanier location, changed my mind. He was adept in providing above standard customer service. I came in to this location with the intention of leaving freedom, however Kyle displayed patience and really to listened to my concerns and frustrations. He went through my phone plan and described how great of bundle it is to have (13gs of data) for only $60. He was kind, very informative and stood behind the Freedom brand.
I appreciate the help. You’re awesome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i have been to the store today really stressed because my phone number was suspended and the gentleman working there, his name was Kyle, was extremely helpful. He stayed with me until I got my line and phone number back. I even borrowed his chair as the wait on the phone was very long. He also answered.
