when lockdowns go into effect, they will continue to charge you a membership fee, even though the gym is closed. they will not refund these charges, and charge you even more to cancel the membership so that you don't incur more charges for something you can't even use.
gyms like goodlife, and movati will freeze membership payments during lockdowns, and refund you if there are any erroneous charges.
do not support these people, they do not care about their customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Managment was very poor . Young and unexperienced . Almost like a daycare . Would not recommend this gym to anybody you would be better off paying alittle more elsewhere . Very disappointing gym

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good equipment and clean gym but inconsistent hours. Came after work for 10:30 and got one warmup set in before the lights started turning off because they were closing at 11 instead of being open 24/h. Wasted caffeine intake. If I had known going in that the gym was closing in 30 minutes I would’ve just went straight back home

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is EXTREMELY unfair!
Staff harassed me 2 times about using the hydromassage bed "too much" . You advertise the hydromalassage bed being "unlimited" for Platinum members. Your contact has nothing saying anything additional regarding this.
Staff makes up rules about being "fair". What about the advertising in your website? What about my contract? I'm following the rules that you set.
I've looked up my rights from OFFICE DE LA PROTECTION DU CONSOMMATATEUR. And I've followed their instructions and sent a complaint to Econofitness and also asked to be emailed by the manager here at the gym regarding this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DO NOT and I repeat, DO NOT sign up for a membership here. The people working here will extort you of your money and hold you hostage. The manager was extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. I had to contact Consumer Protection to get a full refund and cancel the contract.

None of the pictures of this gym are correct, I would recommend going to the gym first to see what it actually is.
I went to the gym this morning and it was closed 30mins after it was supposed to be open. I hope all is okay with the opening staff, but it's unacceptable in my opinion. That's enough to take the bulk of my review down to two stars.
Some staff are welcoming.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uninformed staff and very unprofessional. I have been to many gyms in my life and this one is run by what seem to be adult-sized children. Do not sign up for a membership here, it is best to pay a little bit more and go elsewhere.

People who are leaving bad reviews clearly are full of negative energy and don’t look at the bigger image.
It’s a big gym meaning a lot of people are allowed inside so obviously during rush hours equipments/machines won’t be available for you the SECOND you want them, how is that the gym’s fault ? ?
& about the racism of “only asking white people for their towel” let me tell you that is absolutely false.
They ask EVERYONE to show the towel when they don’t see it on you at your entry.
*Towel is obligated in the gym for sanitary reasons*
To clarify if your towel is in your hands, around your neck or hanging from your pocket/bag THEY WONT ASK FOR IT because they can see YOU HAVE IT !
but if they don’t see it THEY HAVE TO ASK to make sure you have it !!!!!
(next time read the rules before signing in, instead of complaining ❤️)
