★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. The employees are incredibly scummy. They will not tell you or hide the details, until they open the phone and then you are guilted into buying it.
2. Absolutely horrible customer service experience. I had to wait for almost an hour and a half to cancel my service.
3. If you don't speak French, get ready to be treated like second class citizens.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This kiosk sucks. Went in to upgrade my plan because I received a text saying I was eligible for good deal by upgrading. Showed the employees the text and they said I had to call customer service despite it saying I had to go in to a store. Their response was that they never heard of the deal. Didn't even try to look it up on their computers. Lazy. Go to the Source in the same place, they were much more helpful and got me a great deal on a new phone and gift card.
