★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Youri and Eugene were everything you'd hope for in a concrete polishing service. Fairly priced, on-time, followed all protocols, and got the job done with very little disruption to the rest of our home. Our basement floors were poured in 1968 and had all manner of layers of dust and glue and paint and dirt... not to mention all of the cracks, DIY repairs, and bumps. They made our basement entirely livable and clean and we now enjoy our basement as much as any other room in our home which I thought would be impossible. Thanks again to the crew - great bunch!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our company has been using Concrete Polishing and Sealing - we call them "ConcreteShine guys" :-) for years in our Ottawa and Cornwall projects. This team of guys has been nothing short of professional, precise and dedicated to meet our demanding needs as a commercial contractor. Surface prep., concrete repairs, cure/seal and various coatings to name a few.
Their quality of work is definitely one of the best in the industry. Not only do they exemplify quality of work, but the team right from the office staff (Bohdan, Elena) to field crew (Paul, John and Adam) have always been a pleasure to work with.
Technical knowledge is great and guys have good support from their suppliers, which is a nice bonus.
Concrete Shine prices are reasonable however on a mid range, not cheap, still the service is outstanding and we are very happy with the different applications they can suggest, provide and install for our commercial and industrial clients.
Highly recommend.

After hiring Concrete Polishing & Sealing Ltd I'm convinced that this team is one of the best in Eastern Canada - knowledgeable, professional, responsive, efficient and, generally, a pleasure to work with. We were wrestling with taking the plunge on our warehouse flooring for a while and were a bit apprehensive to start, but the CPS team really helped us understand the process, accommodated all of our timelines/budgets and exceeded all of our expectations. We've worked with other contractors in the past and this experience has stood out far above the rest. Can't recommend them enough and hands down will be calling this crew again for our next commercial project.

Thank you to Youri who set up the contract and to Hector and Sam who completed the on site work (preparation of cement floors for installation of engineered hardwood in a condominium). Youri asked all the right questions, knew exactly what was required was reassuring and inspired confidence. The crew, Hector and Sam were very competent, hard working, professional and ensured the work was done to the highest standards. The site was left very clean as was connecting hallways in the complex. I recommend CPS Ltd. without hesitation.

We weren't happy with the lighter grinding process that we chose because the concrete was a different colour than we expected. They were happy to come back and do a more aggressive polish on the floor to achieve the look we were going for. Youri even called to follow up to make sure we were satisfied. Great customer service, good value and friendly staff.
