We hired Bliss Maid to clean our 2700 sq foot house for a real estate listing. Their prices were far better than all the other companies. The crew did an amazing job and left no corner untouched. The were friendly, professional and worked very hard. We give them the highest recommendation.

I called on Bliss Maid to help with my Spring time cleaning. The crew arrived on time, were very polite, wore their mask and worked very hard to get my house sparkly clean. I highly recommend their good work.

Hired them based on the stellar reviews, but unfortunately, it was not up to par. We scheduled a “post-construction” cleaning at $125 per hour with two cleaners. They neglected to clean some windows, and missed a few obvious spots. They split the areas off so they would each manage their own areas. One cleaner would clean the windows in their section, while the other missed the windows in their section. Of the areas they did clean, they did an okay job (hence the two stars, rather than one). We called to express our disappointment afterwards, to which they politely said they would come another day for free to clean the neglected areas. No one ever showed. Can’t recommend them, but maybe you may have a different experience.

We used this company to clean an entire townhouse after having really dirty tenants. They did such a great job! They did a very thorough cleaning. Great team!

I booked a standard clean with Bliss maids a week and a half in advance. The night before at 9:30pm, I was contacted by one of the cleaners via text message. They asked to arrange a later time of arrival - and I said it was not possible, as no one would be home to let the cleaners in. The cleaner then asked to reschedule the entire cleaning. (Although on the website it states a mandatory 48h cancellation policy) I asked if it was possible for them to come an hour earlier than the original start time and we agreed that was possible. I rearranged appointments for my entire morning to make this work. One cleaner showed up an hour late and the second cleaner showed up a hour and a half late. When I called to inquire the person helping me on the phone said she would get back to me and never did. The cleaners stayed for 2.5 hours and I was charged in full even though I only had one cleaner for the first 30 minutes. As for the clean they paid attention to some details (like baseboards) but failed to lift under rugs to sweep and mop, left streaks on windows, folded couch throws poorly, and put things back in the wrong place. There was even toothpaste splatter left on the backsplash of my bathroom. This was my first experience with professional cleaning and for the price I don’t feel my house was professionally cleaned.

I have never before posted a bad review online, however I was left completely unsatisfied with my Bliss Maid clean and the customer service I received afterwards. I scheduled a move-in clean for my new home which needed a deep-cleaning. The cleaners were very friendly and I happily left them to it excited to come home to a clean home in a few hours. I fully expected to pay for a few hours work - maybe 4, knowing that my house hadn't had a good cleaning in a few years. I was intending to hire them for ongoing cleanings if I was happy with the deep clean service. They told me they would text when they were 20 minutes from finished so that I could see if it was done to my standard. After only two hours they texted and gave me only 10 minutes warning so I could not get back in time to see them out. My first impression was that my house was cleaner - but not clean. Over the next couple days I continued to notice that there were areas that clearly were not given enough attention: there were cobwebs in the ceiling corners of many rooms, there was a thick layer of dust on the top of doorframes, there were splatter marks left on the kitchen backsplash, there was dirt left on windowsills and in the corner of baseboards (something I specified cleaning), and there were stains on the hardwood which I was able to get out myself. I wrote the company within a week and said that I was dissatisfied, and that while the cleaners were very kind they were clearly given insufficient time to complete a detailed deep-clean. I have never heard of a deep-clean taking only 2 hours - it is simply not enough time. I asked for some compensation. The reply I received two days later explained that my house was very dirty and that I had pets so there was fur to deal with. It mentioned that my cats used their litter box during the cleaning and sprayed litter on the floor (???).They said that sometimes a move-in clean requires two sessions. This was NEVER mentioned to me when scheduling and seems ridiculous. Why have cleaners in twice for 2 hours when they could just stay for 4 hours and get the job done properly? Besides which, there was no communication with me after the cleaning to suggest that they thought my house was not cleaned adequately. This is clearly a save-face suggestion. I knew that my house needed deep cleaning which is why I scheduled a deep cleaning. To blame me for having a dirty house continues to baffle me. Is there any other reason to hire house cleaners? I wrote back basically saying these same things and my second email was completely ignored for a week now. I expect never to hear back from them which is why I am now posting publicly, something I NEVER do because I think companies deserve the chance to make things right before having their reputation impacted online. Unless you have a very clean house already and are just looking for someone to regularly wipe your surfaces... Do NOT hire this company PLEASE NOTE - I never received a follow-up call from the company as they promise in their comment below. Another save-face attempt.

We hired Bliss Maid to do a post construction cleaning of our condo. I had provided a list, in order of priority, of what the cleaners should address because I didn’t think they could clean the whole place in the time allotted. The service was exceptional, the cleaning staff not only covered everything on the list but they did even more. They truly went above and beyond. Our home was sparkling! There was no sign of construction dust anywhere.
