I had a very bad experience trying to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. I was interested in their 2010 VW Tiguan they had in stock, but they seemed in no rush to sell it. I dealt with Jay and this will certainly be my last time I do so. He was always late to returning calls and when I told him I wanted to have the vehicle inspected by my mechanic before purchasing the vehicle, he said that we could do that. Until the day of inspection came, he returned my call after almost an hour which was a BIG inconvenience to my mechanic since he had to put his other customers a side to make time to inspect the car, and when I told him I was ready to take the vehicle for inspection, he asked me if I had purchased the car. I told him no because who purchases a vehicle before inspection? He failed to mention in our previous phone call that I had to buy the car before inspection and he completely wasted my time. Then when I told him that I would talk with my dad and reconsider a few things, he abruptly hung up the phone on me which I found to be extremely disrespectful. Such a shame since I was mostly dealing with Andrew and he was a great guy, Jay on the other hand, was not. Stay away from this dealership guys.

I came across red line when we needed Winter tires and stuff for our old Mustang. Niran and his team were fantastic. I brought in my in my Dodge Ram to fix what the shop I bought the truck from didn't didn't fix and wouldn't warranty. Now my ram runs like a Cadillac. Thank you. It's nice to see a mechanic that actually doesn't treat you like a mushroom if you get the drift lol.

Beware of the online photos not matching real life. I took time out of my day to go and look at a 2013 Scion FRS that was listed online, and the photos looked great. We show up to take a look at the vehicle, and find that the windshield had a massive crack in it (how in the world that passes a safety is beyond me), rusted out breaks and rims, fading paint, and some missing interior features. What a huge waste of time. For reference, I am including a comparison of Redline's photos to real life.

I dealt with Monty on my purchase of a 2013 Cadillac ATS. I knew I wanted this car the first time a saw it. It became a reality very quickly. Monty was very personable and clearly wants you to walk out with a smile on your face. It was the first time I enjoyed the experience of buying a vehicle. Completely stress free and I appreciated that very much. I walked out with a smile on my face.

I made an apt with Amon to test drive a 2015 Genesis after a phone call where he disclosed a crack on the grill. After a 2hr drive not only was the crack actually a complete break of the grill on the bottom right side, the same side bumper was ΒΌ inch offset out from the light and a sensor cover was missing indicating an accident not completely repaired. All 4 rims had curb rash and other damage. There was tree sap stains all over and a little rust. Worst of all there was a strange clicking noise from the engine when the hood was up and the salesman was so bad he tried to say β€œthat’s what Hyundai engines sound like” assuming I was gullible or had not test driven 3 other Genesis’ in the past month. Then it got weird, despite making a test drive appointment 4 hours earlier, it was out of gas. Even with all the problems, after the 2hr drive I wanted to test drive it. But at this dealership the salesman comes with you. After leaving the gas station I asked where to get on the highway and was told we can’t do that because there is a test drive route. Turns out that route was on a major throughway in London with a max of 80km and lots of traffic, 2 or 3 Km down the road then turn around and come back. Terrible service/experience/online details/attention to detail/professionalism

Went to red line to find a replacement vehicle for my wife. I had a few I wanted to look at, a lot of the cars on the lot have dead batteries and tires that are going flat not a great first impression but not a big problem. I found a suitable car and after getting the tires filled we were off for a test drive everything was ok but the brakes were so bad I refused to let my wife drive it until it was fixed. I was told that no vehicle is worked on until after it is sold. So after a discussion he agreed to get the brakes fixed and put on new all season tires and get front speakers replaced. So we agree on the deal after he spoke with his manager. I tell him keep me updated on the progress so I can arrange a test drive for my wife. I called a week later they haven't done anything and say I need to put down a deposit so work can start. So I do it because all the delays have not eaten into a week of our rental coverage because he neglected to inform me I needed to put a deposit on a vehicle to have a safe test drive for my wife. A week and a half later we're told the car is ready. The door speakers were fixed but only after I had to pay extra to have it done. The brakes were fixed and worked properly but the same old winter tires on it . After all the delays and excuses I just took the car and left knowing that they never had any intention of honoring the agreement for the new all season tires. This will most likely cost me more money right away to ensure my wife and kids are safe. I don't recommend buying here not a good experience.
