C	Chairman of Design on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a very nice older Dodge Dakota from Highway Motors about a month ago. The vehicle was very clean and mechanically sound. After some time within a three day span an engine light came on and the cruise control was not working properly, however, these small issues were taken care of immediately at no further cost to myself. This tells me this dealership does care about the user/seller relationship and made sure I was buying a vehicle to last. I highly recommend for truck sales.

He only requested a couple of other photos and immediately struck a deal with me.....even etransfered money in good faith to hold the vehicle as-is for final payment that same day. Joel showed up with a tow truck the following afternoon. We spoke for 2 minutes and the transfer was completed. I wish life was always this easy and respectful. Thanks guys. Vito.
B	Blue collar Canadian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a vehicle from these guys 7 months ago and I regret it. Since day one the power steering pump was shot, they wouldn’t fix it. The mechanics they use are useless, the will pass your vehicle while important parts are needing to be replaced. We paid 11,000 for a truck and it’s cost me almost another 5000 since purchased even after being told they did not want to give me a vehicle that wasn’t road ready. Clearly they don’t understand what road ready and safety means. Thanks for nothing.

Early and met with a very rude and impolite person. He went on to push, everything will be fix with the safety. When his staff said it was pre-safetied already. We opened the doors and noticed burn holes, he said they would be fixed. The front needed parts, the vents fell apart when I touched it.we have never been so discussed with the car and owner. When it sounds to good. Save the gas with this crook.

The day we picked it up, the CD player did not work, the horn barely made a sound and there was rattling under the hood. The next day the check engine light came on. We returned the truck 5 days later to be fixed. Randy stated he’d fix it in a “timely fashion”. 10 days pass, and we finally get the truck back. No apologies, no loaner car for 10 days, and a rude email from Randy saying we were blowing the issues out of proportion. A smart businessman would’ve accepted his mistakes, apologized, filled the truck with gas for our multiple times back and forth to London, and stuck with his words of fixing the vehicle in a timely fashion. Think twice before purchasing a vehicle from Highway Motors. UPDATE- the steering blew 3 days after we picked up the truck from its last repair. We contacted Randy, and we were met with an ultimatum to remove the 1 star Google review or he was refusing to repair the steering. We have contacted the warranty company along with the Better Business Bureau. Randy’s reply to my first review shows what type of businessman he is. No more has to be said about this, it is out for the public to read and perform their own judgement. :)
M	Monique Lewis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner and I bought a 2014 Chevy Sonic from Highway Motors and walked out feeling like we had made the right decision from who to purchase from. Highway Motors made the car buying process easy for us by having a vehicle that fit our needs at a great price compared to market. Randy made the car buying process very straightforward and understandable, and explained the warranty available in great explanation. Ultimately, we didn't go with a warranty but that was our own choosing as it was coming certified. I think if you go into Highway Motors clearly knowing what you are looking for and knowing how much you are able to spend (and as a result, potential hindrances - EX. unforeseen repairs to an inexpensive older vehicle), you can't really go wrong at least taking a look at what they offer on the lot. Our sonic was in great condition when we looked at it inside and out when we took it for a test drive and home. The ladies were very kind as well in the office and of course, Cash the dog was always a bonus. Only slight hiccups would be the nearly-empty gas tank as we were initially test driving (so we just kept it short - no big deal) and the slight smoke smell in the office. Thanks Randy and Team!.
