All staffs including the manager are really great, especially our sales person Zoran and finance Lionel. Zoran was very patient, he listened to what we wanted, he helped us when we weren't loving the car we had purchased. Next time we purchase a car, we'll choose McMaster for sure. Thank you team McMaster.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At McMaster Chev they go above and beyond to serve their customers! Joe Phillips was my sales representative and Julio Carvalho was my financial representative. I had the unique opportunity as I bought my car during the covid shortage and had to wait 3 months for it to arrive, but Joe was so patient and was very diligent in giving me updates during the waiting process. Overall, I had a great experience with McMaster Chev and I think I'll be back in the future!

John Nelligan was my salesman, He has met all of my expectations and answered all of my questions with my first new vehicle purchase! Julio got me all set up with financing and also met all of my expectations and was a great help in navigating my extended warranty/tire warranty as well! Top notch service from both! Also a shout out to Rob Baker in parts for setting up my winter tire package and getting a troublesome slow leak finally repaired and correctly! Would recommend them to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is neat and tidy and staff is friendly. The concern is the amount of mistakes made and the "nickle and dime" additions to the final price when purchasing a vehicle. This is very annoying and unprofessional. I would not recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from this dealership who is not sharp with numbers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best Cadillac service centre in London, I recently moved from Toronto to London, other Cadillac service centres in London we're not good, but this MacMaster was amazing I just had to change my wiper blades, I was told to wait in the lounge which was very clean, I was also guided about the offers going on and as a Courtesy, they washed my car before handing it to me.
Overall I had a wonderful experience everyone working in this location is professional and provides good customer service.
As far as I am in London I'll visit this specific location,

Delivered the truck on time and did everything they said they would prior to pickup. I will definitely be back when it comes time to upgrade. Thanks for everything !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normally going to buy a car is a stressful and tiresome effort in futility.
However I would have to give my recent experience with MacMaster Chevrolet two thumbs up. In particular dealing with fleet sales John Nelligan was very smooth and straightforward.
What was exceptional about my experience however was how fairly and equally John Nelligan was in dealing with a sale of a trade-in as in vehicle. Normally these sales are back of mind and low effort dealings with big dealerships like these but never once during the whole process did it feel like John was not making the effort to make me feel like I was buying something a lot more worthwhile and expensive.
I would definitely return for future purchases at this dealerships.
