They put me in a car I didn’t want and was told they choose what car I get the first time and after 12 months you can come back and choose the next. Car didn’t last because it had transmission troubles from the start. They have not helped me improve my credit as I had to turn vehicle back in and damage my credit

I was forced to buy a used car during this pandemic which as you know the prices of cars are extremely overpriced. I was sold a 2017 Toyota for 25000. When I took it out for a test drive I notices an issue with the suspension. I was assured that everything would be repaired before I got the car. When I got the car home i noticed the engine light came on. I called took it in and was told they would call me when i could bring it in to be repaired. that was 3 months ago. I have called numerous times and get the same answer. Still no call. In the meantime the suspension is not fixed either so obviously they did not and are not going to repair that as well. I find it pretty sad that during this terrible time that a business can take advantage of a 60 year old woman who works very hard just to get by. Very sad indeed.
A	Amy R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not go to 5-star. I’ve had my vehicle for just over a week and it’s already having issues. I called them to try to get it figured out and they “were too busy to talk to me or try to help me out.” So I drove there. When I walked in, all of them were literally just standing around. It took me all of 5 mins to get there. When I talked to the service manager he said, “you should take your mask off because I can’t hear you.” Didn’t ask me to speak up, talked to me like I was a burden on his day. He told me that my vehicle was still under manufacture warranty so, they would be able to help me out. He said that he would call them and get me some information. When he called them they were apparently having software issues. So he was unable to get me the information I needed, but he would call me back. So, I called the manufacturer and they were not having software issues. The guy from the manufacturer said he tried to call him back to give him the information, but no one responded to him. Of course. It has been 2 days and the guy from 5-star still hasn’t called me back or anything. I had to get all this done on my own and I’ve had the car just over a week. The service there is terrible. They do not care that the cars they sell have issues. When you try to contact them they will give you the run around. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
