Saturday March 9, 2019 I never knew spending money would be a frustrating experience Liked the SUV - Salesman didn't come out - Actually had to go find him sitting at his desk Took SUV for test drive - really nice Didn't have Carfax - can't get it till Monday I can't negotiate - have to call boss Can I call boss myself - He won't take your call After waiting around for 45 mins while he tried to sales manager - I left my number and went home Received a phone call short while later - sales manager wont negotiate because he is not working - I asked again if I could call - again told no and the price is the price GUESS they don't want to sell a car........ Went back again - Was actually asked by someone in the lot if I worked there, because there was no one around More frustration with an unmotivated seller - was actually willing to pay asking price - but turned off by salesman Definitely a very poor customer service - so much so that I will be driving further (Toronto) to spend the same amount of money

Bought a truck .. first week transmission goes. Countless little problems. Then had to get a new rear end ($7000) along with a new rad and now alternator. Not Impressed

I went there today to look at their 2003 Mercury Marauder. Both people very nice, knowledgable and helpful. NOTE: Marauder engine has ticking noise at rear of drivers side cylinder bank. Through net searching afterwards, this is due to design flaw which results in poor cooling at rear of the block causing valve guide to fail. Fix prior to full breakage is a new block (Ford redesigned it). Ticking from both sides front to back on this engine is due to carbon on valves, fix is seafoam fuel additive (per what i read on a few sites). But this car does not have this problem. I informed the owner so he is aware of it. I told them i would buy if fixed.

In response to the Honda civic issue. I'm bothered that you seem to think I don't the know the difference between a car with low profile tires and a terrible shaking issue which you stated "in my case" when I bought the car. I have taken the car to my mechanic March 6th and the civic had a seized caliper which was causing the "shaking ". It drives perfectly fine now after replacing the front driver side caliper. So in my case I bought a car that passed a safety check with a siezed caliper. To think otherwise and blame the issue on a customer after showing concern from day 1 with no contact on how the vehicle is running is disappointing.

Amhed was an excellent adviser and gave us a good price and good warranty for the car. After 6 months of have bought the car, we haven't had any issue and highly recommend this dealer

Great guys to deal with, the car they sold me was perfect and they even delivered it. If you need a car, check these guys out for sure! *just an update to say it s been a few months now and the car is still excellent, other than winter tires I haven’t had to do a thing to it*

I had an excellent experience with this dealership. I bought a Mazda 5 from them about 2 months and it runs excellent. He took care of every little detail about the car and he was very honest about the price. I will definitely buy car from TD auto again and would recommend anybody to them.

We bought a 2012 Honda Civic SI. After taking it for a test drive. I only had one question for them. " what's that shaking?". I got a simple response " it sat for a bit, drive it for a couple hours and it should be gone". And I said ok. We bought it. Two and a half weeks later It is still shaking.not a pleasant drive. So i decided to balance the tires (60$) still shaking.. So I switched rims and tires and still the shaking continues. I tried a few things on my own before getting angry at the dealership. So I sent a email to the general manager asking if there is anything he can do for me. Couple days and no response. I see they like to respond to ratings. I hope that there is a good explanation. I'm not one to get very angry and storm into his office. But i did just spend 14 thousand dollars...
