This place is amazing they have a lot of older and classic trucks and cars yard is clean cars are safely on stands and all labelled staff is super helpful and prices are way better than a conventional wrecker!! They have those hard to get parts that other yards don’t have

Best ladies ever that work here. Let me stay nearly 15 minutes after closing and were very kind about it. Fantastic junkyard cleanest one I've ever been too reasonable prices as well!!!

Big yard lots to choose from , decent parts and decent prices , staff is helpful and friendly. I give it a 3 star rateing tho cause they dont put the caps back on anything after they drain the fluids from the cars your lucky to even find the cap under the hood its usally gone or on the ground, other yards iv been to all put the caps back on after, i went in to get a break booster and it was full of water. Other then that a good yard i would give it 5 stars if they would just put the caps back on.

Very clean and organized business. Washroom facilities were clean and well stocked. Stock vehicles are adequately stored to easily walk between. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Really enjoy Kenny u-pull, staff are very welcoming and caring , they answer all questions to the best of their knowledge, it is very clean including the yard , it is very safe to walk nothing in the path. Great deals. Overall really enjoy Kenny u-pull strongly recommended 5/5 stars

So before I begin, Kenny U-Pull is actually a decent place to go for cheaper parts. However, I just bought a set of tires for my car and found out when I went to get them put on that two of them didn’t hold any air. So I went back to talk to them about it. When I got there, I was greeted with a passive aggressive attitude from the girl behind the desk. (I didn’t get her name) Which she had displayed the day before when I went to buy the tires and the day before that when I came in to see if they had any and was told to come back the next morning. Maybe she’s having a bad week. Who knows. Either way, doesn’t mean you have to be disrespectful and snotty. I proceeded to explain that I couldn’t afford to purchase a whole new set as I have a baby and funds are tight. I was being very calm about the situation as I was talking, and then she cut me off, smirked at me and told me to “relax, you’re not the only one with a baby I’ll get our guy to look for other ones” which, obviously I know that’s true. And I was not in the slightest trying to insinuate that at all. Merely expressing my concerns in a calm polite way. After she said what she said, I told her (also calmly and politely) that she didn’t have to be rude, and she imminently shot me a dirty look and said “okay, tires are final sale” Which apparently they are! However, she said she was going to try to help, was absolutely rude with me, and then once I stood up for myself she decided she didn’t like that and wasn’t going to help anymore. People like this should not be working in customer service. It is so important to be kind and patient in this world. Very disappointed and slightly disgusted today. But on a brighter note, the two male staff that I encountered were very kind and helpful! One of the employees helped me carry the tires to and from my car, and their tire guy was so kind about finding me new ones also helped me carry them! 3 stars because they need to fire this girl and find somebody who knows how to be personable.
