We had been shopping around for several weeks in need of a vehicle for our son... Sam and his mechanic's were great in getting the vehicle we needed and kept within the price we wanted to spend. Purchased a vehicle end of September from these guys. Their safety was done illegally on my vehicle, it had a check engine light on. They reset the codes, and had me drive 900km to pick it up. Ensured me it was safe, and I drove it home the same day. 1 hour away from London the engine light comes on. (I called Sammy, and he reminded me to activate my $750 warranty that came with the vehicle, I SHOULD HAVE DROVE IT RIGHT BACK TO HIM )The vehicle thankfully made it back to my home town. Less than 24 hours later the vehicle went into limp mode, violently shaking and turne off. Their mechanics at K&a automotive in london did the safety. My mechanics locally told me the vehicle should have never been considered highway worthy, and they were happy there was not a catastrophic failure on the 400 series. Property or somebody could have been injured, myself or my accompanying driver. After some diagnostics were done, and a part replaced. It was then deemed after talking to KIA for two weeks, the mechanics diagnosed the engine needed a rebuild. I'm not a mechanicso I cant say exactly what it was, but the vehicle needed a $5000 dollar engine rebuild. They offered me nothing, and I had to proceed with OMVIC. After months of paperwork and back and forth, they offered me 500 dollars towards the repair. This vehicle wasnt safe on the highway, and my.mechanics told me not to go far. They then offered to have it fixed for a fraction of the cost in GTA, but delivery of vehicle at.my expense ( it wont make a trip on the gighway). Next I was offered a whole lump sum of around $1500. This would be a fraction of the vehicles cost, and still leaves me with a 3500 repair bill, and a vehicle that could become scrap metal anyday. This was not acceptable. After threatening going through the courts, I was finally offered a full refund, with the delivery of the vehicle at my expense. I rented a vehicle trailer from uhaul, and went down there ASAP. It was returned to their Toronto facility, their front line staff there were friendly. The only person who gave me flack and attitude while there was the owner, Vadim.the vehicle was.under his ownership when I purchased it. Never get a vehicle from Sammy or K&A automotive until you have one of your trusted mechanics look it over. k&a will pass anything apparently and from what I know now, the safety should have never been passed on my van. I will be passing my story amongst my frkend/family located I Lkndon. I hope I can help save someone from a huge headache dealing with these guys.

Bought a car from these guys 2 weeks ago, finally being able to get it in for a safety just now. Sales rep at their lot ensured me if it were not pass safety it wouldn't cost much. Mechanic says other wise. Completely rotten floor, busted struts, badly corroded lines. And that's just the beginning. I highly advise not to go to car connection toronto (London). My mechanics estimated it would need about 10 grand for basically a restoration.

you dont wanna buy a car from here, most of there cars are from junk yard or something. i bought a car and the next day i realized the head gasket was blown they didn't take the car back and after a lot of negotiation, they gave half for the repairs and i gave half. then for the safety it was more mess. would have costed around 1700.

Was looking all over london for a good car, at a great price, for my son and his girlfriend. We got a ford fusion, with low kms on an older model and it was a great buy. They even tidied up a few rust spots professionally. Great service. Compared with many places in london I'd recommend going here. I'm going back for myself in the near future:)
