I went to Baker Auto Wreckers to look for a fuel pump for my car, and the atmosphere was very friendly, plus they even drove me through the yard to the vehicle I was looking for. The employee who escorted me let me do my own thing, but was also on standby to help me get the part out. I came back two weeks later to return the fuel pump because it didn't work (that's just the gamble you take at a scrapyard sometimes) and they gave me my refund with no hassle at all. I would definitely go back and recommend them to others!

Familly owned auto wrecker. Good customer service. These guys are awesome with more than reasonable pricess. If they do not have the part tou are looking for they will soirce one for you.

Required a drivers-side window for a Kia Soul, - QUICKLY! Martha quoted a very fair price and had the window ready BEFORE the time stated, allowing me to have it professionally installed by mid-afternoon and on short notice. Was referred to them by Andy's Auto Wreckers, it's nice to see competitive businesses working together to take care of their customers.

Runs an illegal towing and storage business. Does not have a valid towing license. Does not follow the London bylaws for towing. They will attempt to charge you $75 for one day of storage and $50 for every day after. London bylaws limit fees to $75 for a tow and $10 per day of storage. The woman yelled, screamed, and threatened me. She bragged about her "lawyer son" and the bylaw officer she knows. Relevant bylaw information is below. Don't do business here, don't get scammed by them.
