My first pair lasted years, bought a more expensive pair with more reinforcement, or so i thought. They had began coming apart almost right after buying them, but to send them away meant I'd have to get another pair. Don't know why I expected a better warranty than 1 year, I guess cause I paid 400 dollars for a pair of boots. I do remember being told repairs are free but they failed to say that's within the 1 year limit. This boots lasted less than 2 years. The stitching clearly let loose down the back of the boot but they won't replace them or even fix them without me paying for it. Customer service from what was a reputable company is non-existent. I will buy from marks where the warranty is the same and boots are half the price. Left the boots there for them to dispose of because I will no longer represent the brand.

I ended up buying a new pair and they were also able to get the toe cap on the same day. Only complaint is that the warranty has gone from the life time of the boots down to only 1 year and that is very disappointing.

I walked in right after work and they took the old pair right off my feet! The female staffer that helped me was amazing, she knew the product well and had a friendly demeanor. This place is lucky to have such wonderful staff, her service ensured I will be back in a couple years when I need a new pair of boots!

The staff at the store are great, but unfortunately they did not have my size. I was offered a search of inventory elsewhere, or the option to order some in. I said I would get some back in Vancouver. I highly recommend RW boots to everyone I work around, and I will recommend my friends in the Okanagan get them at the Kelowna store.

Then staff make helpful suggestions from a variety of styles task designed boots. Note some boots are pricey but quality is at a price. However, some styles are resoleable. Giving extra life to a well broken in pair of boots. Ask staff. Check them out!
