★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used this company for 2 years and they did "repairs" that were high in price and they never asked for permission. They broke contract and I never received rent from my tenants a few months in a row.They are shady and will steal from you when the opportunity arises. Stay away from this company. Lous lim is a crook. One month my rent was 400 dollars off since they apparently cleaned some blinds and swapped out light bulbs. This is the just the norm with these guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is incredibly shady! As someone has already posted on here, they never ask for permission for emergency repairs and charge you a ridiculously high amount. Chris Clarke, who is a franchise RPM owner, is someone you need stay far away from. He charged me half a month's rent for starting a lease with a tenant that we have had for 10 years. Now that I have asked him to hand over this lease (because I have decided to fire him), he informs me that there is no lease since I had asked him to not go forward with the lease agreement. This was a complete lie. So now, he charged me half month's rent for a lease that does not even exist! In another situation, he brought in a general contractor from Francart Builders Inc. to fix a leak on the roof of our property. This company not only charged us $500 more than what a roofing company would charge for that type of repair, this company did not follow the standard procedure for roof fixtures. According to Greg from Crucial Roof Services, who assessed Francart Builders's work, this company fixed the roof in such a way that it would fail again in 1 or 2 years and it would not have been accepted by any insurance company. When I confronted Chris about this, he simply refused to resolve the issue and, instead, extended the general contractor's work guarantee to 2 years, which is when the roof repair was due to fail. I contacted Real Property Management last week and they still haven't responded back to me to help me deal with this unethical, greedy property manager.
