Renee stayed on top of everything for us and did a great job at breaking things down when we got a little lost.
When the bank didn't want to honor a promotional rate for us Renee went to bat and got us a better rate than we could have hoped for!

I know next to nothing about mortgages and she answered every one of my million questions with the utmost professionalism, not to mention in a super timely fashion. If I didn't understand something, she carefully explained it, even if I had to ask twice. She was very patient and never made me feel silly for not having knowledge in this area. These are very important qualities in a mortgage broker, as you are placing trust in them and want to feel confident that they are doing their best work for you. And I felt that throughout the whole process. Of course, I am very thankful for the excellent rate she got for me, and the long pre-approval of 120 days, which worked well with my unique situation.
