★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service, I waited only 10 min until I get the call on my Skype past 11pm. The doctor who helped me was very attentive, It did not feel rushed at all, it was 10x better than I expected and I recommend this service to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome app! I used this when I had a new baby and didn't want to wait over an hour at the walk in clinic. Waited about 30 mins for a call back from the doctor, who was super helpful! Will definitely be using this again, no more walk ins for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took about 50 minutes for the call, but was well worth the wait. Spoke to a nurse practitioner who was very nice and really wanted to help me. This is a great service, I would recommend to anyone who has issues (of a non-emergent nature).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amanda from GOeVISIT was extremely unhelpful. I was on the call for well over an hour with having them to call me back several times basically because she was CONFUSED. I recommend EQ Virtual, way faster, way more efficient, I thought I would try this Virtual Clinic out and I regret every moment of it. They helped my friend with the exact same problem yet refused to help me. The only difference between me and him was that I am gay, not saying that it was the reason, but that is a possibility.
UPDATE:
If you're doing the quiz for STI and when you choose that your sexual partner is a male, the quiz ends, but if it is a female they continue to ask questions about your problem. SUCH a homophobic company.

Despite a previous review, Amanda was amazing and absolutely went out of her way to stay in contact with me during my "visit". I'm now on my way to recovery which seemed out of reach only six hours ago.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm new to the idea of virtual health, but I checked out GOeVisit with symptoms of a cold. I received a call back from a really pleasant nurse practitioner who had the time to go through my symptoms and talk about a treatment plan - normally you sit for two hours in a waitroom to see a doctor for two minutes to be told it's just a virus. I really felt that GOeVisit listened to me.
I hope not to get sick but I'll be back if I do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give 0 stars I would. After waiting 3 HOurs for the call, The older-sounding NP who took my call this evening was rude and condescending. She didn’t want to fill a common low dose medication (not pain meds, or add meds or anything not allowed-I don’t know the word for the forbidden medications) Fine. I called another online dr platform (big one) and was filled and on my way in 3 minutes with kindness compassion and HELP. I will never call again incase I get the mean lady.
