This business manages the property I rent in " The Independent". This is a brand new building. The elevator is out of service, the floors are dirty and unvacuumed, and alarm systems in the building consistently go off. People have had difficulty getting responses to problems. This is a marquee property and it's a mess. The hip woke branding of Rize makes this reality even more frustrating.

This is the worst developer in whole Metro Vancouver! They built poor projects. My brand new condo's wall has cracked 7 times. Many things do not match with the original plan. Do Not buy any properties from them if you donot want to deal with headaches!

I have submitted an service request since February 24th. Absolutely no response, (even though they said they would within 10 business days) Then I tried calling their number and got redirected to email a women name Elisa Wang. She replied telling me to contact the developer.....that's the one i reached out in the beginning....like is it so hard to get a response.....I only moved in since January and there's already so much problems...

This is the worst apartment builder I have ever seen. Window was scratched due to using broken material. Have been trying to contact the builder for replacement for more than 6 months, nothing was done. Be careful if you want to purchase apartment from this builder

No customer service and care at ALL! Have been contacting Rize for appliance repair under warranty, initially push it to COVID19 now push to supplier and asked us to direct contact the supplier.....if that's the case, why do you need a portal and a job to deal with repair and warranty? get your job done!

Avoid at all costs. Zero customer care. We’ve been trying to get a hazardous leak from above fixed plus multiple other issues in our brand new condo. You can tell everything was so rushed with zero care for what the individuals living inside will have to deal with afterward. They also never respond to their online portal for submitting service repair and warranty. Is this even legal?

Rize has got to have the WORST customer service I have EVER encountered. They do not respond to emails, dodge phone calls, and refuse to fix basic deficiencies within the properties they hock. Once the have your hard earned money, FORGET about ever hearing from them again. We purchased a property at Linea in Surrey, paid WAY too much for it, and now they won’t repair several cracks in the ceiling paint, claiming the cracks are β€œwithin acceptable size”??? Cracks in the paint??? Are you joking? Paint it again. We paid almost a half million bucks for this place, and they refuse to even respond to us. As well, we arranged to have their trades come and repair a poor fridge door installation. Sent them pictures and everything. Who do they send out? Two kids with a screwdriver. Anyone with even a little bit of experience with wood finishing would have known that actual tools and paint would be required to fix the problem. Anyhow, the young men agreed they couldn’t fix the deficiency, send off an email to RizeCare. I’ve sent two emails since. 11 days later, no response. Nothing. Do yourself a favour, don’t EVER do business with Rize. Everything they do is garbage.

For the 2 years old Gold House Towel building at Metrotown, the developer Rize didn’t follow construction standard properly which caused a serious electrical problem, the owners had no heat since the coldest Christmas last year till now. It took developer a good month to figure out a very cheap reimbursement plan (paying $100 to 1 bed owners and $200 to 2 beds owners, upon receiving a purchase receipt of a portable heater). The owners complaint it was unacceptable due to the huge suffering, but Rize simply ignored all the request. So for now there is no further update when the electrical issue will be solved, and when the reimbursement will be issued, and when owners’ complaints will be addressed. So all the buyers please be careful when considering purchasing properties from Rize, you may want to double check their electrical work and customer service quality first.
