R	Rex Liao on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID AT ALL COST. My client just moved out of a building managed by Bentall Kennedy and the so called property manager is not only unprofessional, but rude. They do not follow the rules set out by the Residential Tenancy Act, and take advantage of you when you seem to know the Act or not. First of all, they don't give 24 hours notice to come into the unit. 2. They don't know that when a joint tenant leaves, a new agreement must be signed; instead, they got the remaining tenant (my client) to pay all the rent instead of partial. BTW, they are the ones who allowed my client's roommate to break the contract 3. They deceive you and mislead you into buying their wrongdoings. 4. My client found her own roommate to avoid paying two rent, they did not sign any agreement with this new tenant, allowing her to live with my client without taking down any info; as a result, she moved out in 2 months and my client fell into the same mess again. 5. They don't return your deposit. Former tenants, my client, and her two roommates, never got their deposit back for obvious deceitful reasons

A company taking pride in 'putting their clients needs first' just lost a potential one.

With such ignorance and wrong attitude they look down on their tenants because they are a big company. They show no support for their tenants in terms of helping them to improve their signage. The worst company I have ever dealt with. They don't allow tenants to park in the empty spots available on their site. They don't allow tenants to put their sandwich board on the street where it IS our right and allowed by the city. They don't allow tenants to change their signage without a fight. Don't sign a lease with this company. Not only that! After they took over the property they change their name twice to avoid any legal issues with last tenants. I wouldn't trust these folks.
D	Daniel Rizzuto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I truly wish I never leased an office from them. They are terrible to deal with, and will not arrange a time to actually listen to concerns tenants have. I can't wait to get out of their space. If you are considereing leasing from them, I would say don't.

They two or three women running show Leaseing from this company they refusing and deny to give rent . This company target people who has different Ethnicity not giving space to lease !!!!you have to be Special European to get a place from them or you to be lawyers or judges or Politicians get you right you title . I did 3 times face to face and 20 times phone calls that lease department and talked to Mangment of building but I got no where !!!! I did asked Mangment who owns the Scott’s mall . They lied and given me even the owner company name is wrong until not be able contact them , if you don’t say this is Racist issue what you can name on? You’re unbelievable doing this in modern daylight!!!!
