★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This business identifies itself as a property management company, but this is far from accurate. The staff will treat you with a smile and make you think that they are addressing any issues which arise. However, at the end of the day, they simply take your monthly dues and will make a sad attempt to solve any property-related problems, but they will never admit responsibility if things don't go as planned (usually it's the contractors fault, not theirs). If this was a one-time incident, I would not be upset, but it seems they do not care about the owners of the buildings they are supposed to be managing. Frankly, if I could choose zero stars out of five, I would. Do yourself a favour and avoid this company if you can.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The previous review is an understatement. They ignore emails, calls, and don’t address any property issues that can’t be solved by writing a notice. Ongoing mechanical noise issue for months and all they’ve done is knock on a couple of doors and left some notices. Noise happening sporadically day and night. Multiple complaints, and the site caretaker constantly pretends like it’s a new issue and lies to residents (caught him flat out lying on more than one occasion). Property manager ignored multiple emails and calls (secretary covers for his absence). Don’t believe anything they write back to the review. They actually sold to another property management company without first discussing with council, etc. Just biding their time pretending to be half useful until the other management company takes over. Property manager pretended to be making efforts resolve issue as soon as the new company began to receive the complaints. Hopefully the new company is better and hires a better site caretaker. Utterly useless.
