Thank you to the team at Clearly Payments. My business has been able to save a significant amount of money over the year thanks to them. Clearly Payments was one of a number of companies we were looking at when we decided to switch from Moneris. From our first contact with Clearly Payments we were impressed. Chris took the time to answer our many questions, not only about his product, but about the confusing processing industry. This in turn made it easier to compare the companies we were considering and make an educated decision. Clearly Payments came out on top for us and we have not been disappointed. We have found their customer service to be exceptional. They are quick to respond to questions and the rare problem. We are saving money as well!

If you take credit/debit payments at your business, you know how difficult it is to find a vendor that understands your needs, is responsive when things come up AND provides value at an affordable price. I am so happy I switched to Clearly Payments. Mark and Ben have been AMAZING when we switched from another vendor last year. They were patient with my decision making, and when it was time to onboard, the process was flawless and easy. It is refreshing to be able to reach capable service providers when needed, and have them actually return a call when they say they will! The experience has been relatively hands-off since Clearly makes the switching process smooth. NO SURPRISES with contract terms, pricing or anything like that. One time there was an erroneous admin charge on the bill and they rectified it immediately. No follow ups needed, no repeated calls asking for it to be dealt with...it was just done. We also used a 3rd party vendor along with our Clearly Payments processing. But when they didn't provide the level of reporting they said they would, Clearly Payments helped get us sorted out and we are still with them. I have no doubts that we'll keep our business with Clearly Payments for a long time.
