Customer service has been very helpful every time and they are super quick to respond. I really appreciate the phone verification being optional and the fact that the account can be funded using Interac. I highly recommend.

I have found over my many years of Cryptocurrency investing that you can tell a lot about any company by how competent and fast the support team is at handling requests. The customer service that I experienced from the support team at Netcoins was second to none! Professional, fast, friendly and they handled my request without hesitation to ensure that my account was safe, secured and ready to move forward! I will move more of my requirements to Netcoins based on this experience... SOLID!!!

I can definitely say they made it easier to breathe ?. The transactions and deposits have been smooth, and Netcoins is great!
j	jay colquhoun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gentlemen working phones has terrible customer service skills. Speaks down to you and is rude. Funds haven't arrived in 3 hours and 3 emails sent and no reply. When called the number was told I do not know how to send emails correctly to send an email again.. 6 emails later they finally received my email. Then said someone will reply! nobody even speaks to you on the phone. Remove your phone number from online if you don't want to deal with your customers. Terrible customer service!

The set-up was a snap and the staff checked in with me to see if everything was ok asking for any feedback for improvement. Their team is really responsive and friendly. Honestly, I was a little wary since I'm new to Crypto trading but very pleased so far with Netcoins.

I can tell you that the platform works great and when a problem arrives it is dealt with quickly and professionally. I recently had a small issue and was told exactly why it happened.. owned by a publicly traded company you can be sure this will continue.

I wish all the companies I have to deal with were as good. :-) Most recently, I had trouble funding my Netcoins account via e-transfer. Turned out my bank screwed it up three times. The support person at Netcoins (Riley) was very patient and helpful while I sorted it out. The support team was also very helpful when I first signed up. It took less than a day. I am still waiting to hear back from Newton (going on four weeks now) and Shakepay (going on two weeks). But even if they approve me, I will not be using them. I know when I've found a good thing.
