★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well they're visible to assist tourists & intervein medical calls but terrible outerwear, look like they should be working at horse track - and how about a MASK! Set an example to make a point of what people should be wearing to help protect themselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was an unresponsive individual in the alley behind my place of work. It was an extremely hot day and the person was in direct sun. I was worried that maybe he could be in distress but saw that he was breathing. I am not trained in administering naloxone or first aid and I knew it wasn't a police matter, so I called downtown ambassadors and they promptly turned up and assessed the man. He was ok but I was very appreciative of their kindness and concern. I will definitely call again if a similar event happens again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was threatened by one of my customer at work and he was sitting outside my store only for such a long time. I contacted police also but they were not able to escort me as they said it’s our employer responsibility. But I was not feeling safe at all to leave the store as I was working alone that night. Luckily I contacted them and they came at my closing time and escorted me till the time I was feeling safe. It was 4 of them. They were really friendly and helpful. Lady named Fara was fantastic and she tried to talk to me so that I can calm down and rest of them were also very friendly. They also told me if I need them tomorrow night I can just give them a call. Thank you so much guys for your help today. I was not feeling safe but I am grateful for your help. Thanks again. I am happy that I can count on you guys from now onwards as working in downtown area is really scary and risky. So thanks again.
