I don’t know if this is what the kids are into these days but I’ve never had so many trainers so loudly encouraging me to move bags of rock! It’s a whole body work out! Could do without the profuse amount of unprescribed drug use. I mean come on guys I’m a doctor, just hit me up, I got you. ?
