Billed me twice, 1 day apart, wasted my afternoon arguing with them weeks later when I saw it. They insisted the payment posted once, even though I sent them screen shots of the double payment from my CC statement. Super annoying customer service and refusing to admit they charged us twice even when I provided multiple screenshots of proof.

Terrible company. I have three companies that us Shaw and their customer service is in the toilet. It is Thursday, at noon PST and I have been on hold for over 30 minutes. My god I hate Shaw. I have switched my home service to Telus for they are far better. Sadly I have to use the garbage Shaw services for my companies due to location.

Switched over to shaw with 4 phones. Traveled out of town for work 1 week later, woke up next day no service no data. They cut me off without warning because my bill exceeded $300. No warning. No bill had come in. If they knew the bill would be over 300 then why not warn me. Cut off a new customer 1 week in. What a fing joke.

Bad internet connection. Slow and expensive. Every time call and complain problem just transfer to technician and end up with restart modem. Use it over a year, always lagging and cancelations fee 330 for cancel service. Not recommend to use. Use other big brands instead, if you don't want to waste your money.

Absolute worst. Modem not working after power outages and surges. Internet phone working tho. Most likely a fried modem. They will not let me go to a store for a new one as they are for new customers only. I have to wait for 3 days for a service call. In the meantime I can’t work or operate my business and am losing money. Store female employee at Park Royal actually admitted to me on the phone that securing and servicing new customers is their priority over helping existing customers who are in a bind. Zero effort from this company. Also. Don’t waste your time with the online tech support. They will lie to you to get you to go away and wait.

Avoid at all costs!!!! Shaw Cable is the absolute worst company to work with. My bill was outstanding for 30 days because they made a mistake on their end (the bill was actually paid) and they sent my file to a collections agencies, only after 30 days!! Shaw Cable does not care about customer service at all. I have used both them and Telus and I would highly, highly recommend using Telus over shaw, absolutely disgusting customer service!

Absolutely horrid customer service. Not one person actually knows what's going on. Supervisor essentially told me to go to telus after their wifi modem broke and I needed a replacement, which they couldn't deliver, and I couldn't pick up in person due to covid? (it's May of 2022, every single business is open)...2 days of internet outage credit offered to compensate for lost income, and data overage charges on phone bill, very generous! Save your stress, save your time, save your money. Go directly to another provider, these people could care less about customer retention.

My family has been with Shaw since 2008. We keep it for convenience. Scheduled a move appointment 10 days ahead and the technician could not get our internet connected, also could not tell us when they will be back to fix it. Contacted customer service online and was directed back and forth with FOUR agents, only to find out there is no solution but to wait until their move department opens tomorrow. Also, two of the four service agents said that there was β€œno record of technician” and hinted that WE weren’t home, when in fact the technician called me twice and met us. It’s unfortunate that our internet service is monopolized by the big ones.
