Malgré leurs spéciaux, le prix offerts étaient le prix régulier chez plusieurs détaillants de meubles.
Déplorable !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je me rend compte que j’aurais dû lire les commentaires ici avant d’acheter à ce magasin.
« Politique de vente finale non rembourssable » , j’comprend peut être si j’ai reçu le sectionnel, que je l’ai utilisé pi que je réalise que je le veux pu.. mais tbk! Je l’ai tjrs pas reçu! La vendeuse me dit reception fin novembre et livraison début décembre (écrit comme preuve sur la facture) et on me repousse 2 fois la date de réception!
Je me rend à la succursalle pour parler au dirrecteur du magasin pour lui exiger un rembourssent total, mais ne dérougis pas de sont point et de la politique de non rembourssement.
Derniere fois que j’achete un article sans repartir dirrectement avec, peux importe le magasin, spécialement meuble RD.
C’est fini, me faire prendre pour un épais.
I realize I should have read the reviews here before buying from this store.
"Non-refundable final sale policy", I can understand if I received the sectional, that I used it or that I realize that I want it could .. but tbk! I haven't received it yet! The saleswoman told me reception at the end of November and delivery at the beginning of December (written as proof on the invoice) and I was postponed twice the date of reception!
I go to the branch to speak to the store manager to demand a full refund, but keep in mind the point and the no-refund policy.
Last time I bought an item without going directly with it, whatever store, especially RD furniture.
It's over, take me for a thicket.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pas toute de la qualité. Mon divan de tissu à juste 6 mois et les coutures commence à s'effilocher et déchirer. Pas d'enfants, aucun animaux. J'habite seule. Pour un premier appartement j'aurais acheté usagé avoir su et avant de dépenser bcp d'argent pour ça... ne durera pas longtemps donc fâchant un peu.
Not all quality. My fabric couch is just 6 months old and the seams are starting to fray and tear. No children, no pets. I live alone. For a first apartment I would have bought used having known and before spending a lot of money for it... won't last long so a little annoying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They moved in the old Super C building temporarily on Cusson ave corner of Johnson st. There is a big banner “for rent”, so we guess they are not gonna stay there very long. There is quite an interesting inventory and some great deals on furniture. No music, no ambiance, sales rep welcoming you the moment you get inside the building. The 3 times we went to the warehouse on Trudeau Street and at the temporary one in the old grocery store, there is always no customers but us!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down the worst furniture store I've ever been to.
They send out a flyer saying huge promotions and they pay the taxes etc.
I look at the sectionals I like on their website and they say it's on demo in the selected store.
I get there and the place has absolutely nothing! I swear, the place had at most 10 couches.
I ask the salesman where are the couches I was looking at and show him the website showing that they're supposed to be in store on demo, and he says "we're moving and this is all we have left".
An absolute joke and the salesman wasn't even apologetic. Extremely arrogant!
Never again!
