★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai été porter ma tablette à cette endroit et la coordination et communication est vraiment mauvaise. Ma tablette a passé 1 mois entre leur main. Je devais toujours appeler pour avoir des suivis et finalement ma tablette a été retourner à la succursale de St-Hyacinthe car elle a été réparé à leur succursale de Rock Forest, pour attendre encore 1 semaine et demi sans aucun retour d'appel et pour me faire que probablement qu'un employé n'a pas fait le suivi. Je ne recommande pas cette endroit pour la réparation de vos appareils.
I have been carrying my tablet there and the coordination and communication is really bad. My tablet spent 1 month in their hands. I always had to call for follow-ups and finally my tablet was returned to the St-Hyacinthe branch because it was repaired at their Rock Forest branch, to wait another 1 and a half week without any return calls and to make that likely that an employee did not follow up. I do not recommend this place for repairing your devices.
