I ended up switching from TD to RBC, due to RBC having better bank accounts but also I find I get to speak to professional people who speak my language fluently. Which is very important to me when I am paying a bank to hold my money.

Somehow seemed inconvenienced by asking to drop off a deposit since I forgot my deposit bin key....yet there wasn’t one customer in the entire place. Was going to complain to the manager only to find her to introduce herself (Aimee) as management. Very rude, unorganized mess....3 weeks waiting on a corporate credit card and unable to even tell me it had been ordered. Take your business to another branch.

Latest incident was I went in to deposit money into my account for my line of credit payment that was due in a couple of days. I couldn't find my client card and wasn't sure where it was, they asked for my driver's license to look up my account. They told me I didn't have an account with RBC (great, does that mean I don't owe them anymore?!). I told them I absolutely did have an account and had for quite some time and they insisted that I didn't. I took all of my cards out of my wallet to look through them again, the teller actually reached over and said "maybe it's in here" and tried to take my DL and AMA card out of a pocket where they're kept separately. I asked them to look my account up in a different way and they refused, they were just about to close and they had no interest in helping me out or finding the account. Am going today to a different branch to pay out the line of credit and close all my accounts. This is just the tip of the iceberg on the incompetency of this branch and RBC, also had an issue where they were allowing scammers to open multiple accounts online in both my and my husbands name and then sending us a bill for the account fees. It took months of going back and forth to get it straightened out and it was affecting our credit rating. We didn't have this problem with any of the other banks.

N	Nigger Dan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. Had my visa debit card hacked and 230$ in fraudulent charges. When I went down to the bank they froze my account and opened another one. I filled out a form and was never contacted again. Now they charge me service fees for 2 accounts. Amy the branch manager is a total nightmare.
