Welcome to YogaNation! When you walk into our studio, you will be welcomed into our space with open arms. We want you to feel a part of the YogaNation family and Join the Revolution in transforming your life. Our yoga classes are all levels and we encourage you to jump right in! Whether you are just beginning your yoga journey or are a seasoned practitioner to yoga, YogaNation’s variety of classes will allow you to find the style of yoga that is right for you! Together, we will create an amazing community of yogis that are supportive and committed to helping you get the most out of every single class. There is always something exciting happening in the studio from regular classes to amazing monthly workshops and events. Our studio is home to many unique items and props such as 3 minute eggs, silent disco headphones, and Dharma wheels. Take your practice to the next level!
Our retail section has a wide variety of local and exclusive items. Including bath and body products, malas/jewellery, handmade signs, yoga mat bags. We carry B Yoga Mats, Yogitoes, Equa mat towels. We offer a small selection of healthy pre & post yoga snacks including: Protein Bars, Protein Shakes, Coconut Water, Fresh Juices, Salads, and Loaded Bagels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to many yoga studios in many different cities including Calgary, Airdrie, and Edmonton but YogaNation in Red Deer is by far my favourite. Every time I visit my sister in Lacombe we swing by YogaNation and do a class. I've done a different class with a different instructor every time and have thoroughly enjoyed each experience. As someone who doesn't practice yoga on the regular it is so nice to be able to do a drop-in class with instructors that are super accepting and helpful. All of the staff have an amazing sense of humour so you know you will leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and with a smile on your face. All of the regular yogis to YogaNation are also very welcoming which makes the experience that much more enjoyable. I definitely recommend YogaNation!

The staff here are incredible, the classes are never boring, and the events they host are some of the coolest date nights, girls nights out, mother daughter dates or just good old get to know yourself better meditation seminars. Love the variety and the fun atmosphere.
