★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mackenzie is beyond wonderful! Her classes are amazing, they are challenging yet calming and relaxing. If you want a strong core, and lean muscles I would recommend doing her classes!
So much happier having her and her workouts in my life !

I love that they provide a variety of different workouts so we can try new classes as well as the ones we love. I always leave these classes feeling stronger and excited for the next day! I highly recommend signing up for these amazing classes! You will not be disappointed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never liked Yoga until I started going to FBH classes with Mackenzie on the dock in Muskoka. I have attended several classes all over such as Sweat and Tonic, Yoga Tree, Equinox, and many more. NONE of them even compare to the FBH classes with Mackenzie. There is nothing like waking up early, and starting your day with some Yoga on the dock, breathing in that crisp Muskoka air, with a world class instructor from FBH. Looking forward to many more classes!!!

I look forward to attending her classes in the summer at Mortimers and I continue to work with her every week virtually for private classes. She is absolutely the best pilates teacher I have ever worked with. She takes the time to understand where my body is at and gently challenges me to advance my practice. I love FBH!!
