Having a personal trainer with as much passion and knowledge of fitness and nutrition has been crucial for me on my fitness journey, and Brock is just that. Before training with Brock my overall knowledge of working out was minimal, in no time I felt extremely confident in the gym, completing my work outs efficiently as well as properly. The workout plans that Brock specifically designs for each client are challenging however extremely obtainable, making training that much easier. Brock has provided me with the tools and knowledge I need to continue caring for my nutrition, fitness level, and overall health. My entire experience with Brock and all of Grit has been nothing but a positive experience; I would absolutely recommend Brock to all people no matter your fitness level or knowledge of fitness. Thanks Brock!

Brock along with the other staff at Grit have helped me achieve my fitness goals. Brock created a training program that helped me come top of my fitness testing with the Men's hockey program at Ontario Tech. Grit is a very positive place to train! I highly recommend it for athletes and anyone that is looking to improve their fitness.

I have thoroughly enjoyed training at Grit Strength & Conditioning. Brock is a fantastic trainer and coach. He is super knowledgeable and very professional. He knows how to help you achieve your goals in the most effective way possible, with very personalized workout plans. The workout plans really help to focus in on what you are looking to achieve, whether it is weightless, toning or just to keep active and stay fit. I would highly recommend Brock, and his gym to anyone looking for a fresh start, to stay fit and active or just to just get a good sweat on. In my opinion, this gym is great for anyone, no matter what your experience level is!! I look forward to continuing to train with Brock in his gym.

I had tried and failed so many times at a gym. I heard about Brock from a friend and really wanted to try weight training one-on-one.This is not like your regular gym, and I have had so much success I'm finally writing this review. I lost 30 pounds and gained muscle, confidence and a passion for living a healthy lifestyle and making gains every week at the gym! I love setting goals and blasting by them with Brock. He is friendly, knowledgable, inspiring and has helped me through the whole process. Two years later I can't say enough good things about what Grit has done for me. Thank you!

When my daughter Hailey came home from Grit over 2 years ago and told me I needed to join Brock's gym, I said I would think about it. I trained for triathlons for a decade and when giving up running, Hailey thought I needed to do something different. I had no experience with weights so I decided to give it a try and have never looked back. I have been training at Grit with Brock or one of his trainers for almost 2 and a half years now. I never thought that weight training would be as effective for staying fit as cardio sports. Grit is not like your regular crowded gym. It is a very private personal training gym with small groups or one on one training if thats what you want. The schedule is flexible which helps for anyone with a changing work schedule. Brock is very accommodating, motivating and its a fun atmosphere. I am much stronger, have learned tons about weight training and happy with the results. I am looking forward to getting back to Grit when we get through the Covid-19!

This gym is really stepping it up for the town of Bracebridge. Fully equipped with plenty of standing squat racks, barbells, a safety squat bar, sleds, tires and more. As a competitive Powerlifter they don't quite have all the specialty bars I would look for but it's an incredible space and I was thoroughly impressed. Brock is killing it! Thanks for having me in!

What can I say about Brock and Grit other than amazing and truly inspirational!!! He has created a warm, welcoming and inspiring gym where everyone is welcome and helped. Brock is my trainer and has exceeded my expectations with kindness, compassion, sincerity and just the right amount of pushing your comfort zone. Thank you for helping me reach and exceed my original goals. Goals reset and aiming higher!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!
