Their attention to detail starts in their waiting area, flavored water and/or a small snack. Rooms alway clean, tables warm, relaxing music and selection of scents. Registered therapist always checking in to ensure the pressure is right. No membership required but we always feel welcomed and thanked for our business. The downside, due to their success is you need to book sometimes weeks in advance but we’ll worth the wait.. Keep up the great job !

From the moment I walked in I was treated like a family member. Tammy did an amazing job with the Chakra balancing massage and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Emily was great as we spent the next 3 hours together as she waxed, tinted and shaped my eye brows, manicure and pedicure. She made a comment at the beginning that we'd become best friends by the end and I truly felt like we could be best friends. Her passion and excitement in what she does is inspiring. I will happily return to see both ladies in the future. Thank you for making my first spa treatment one to remember.

I would like to mention the massage therapist's name but I'll refrain from doing so as I don't want her to be too busy that she won't be able to attend to me the next time. She's vey busy as it is. She's strong and I had the deepest tissue massage I ever had. I felt so much better and my sports injuries almost ceased to exist. The reception is always welcoming and courteous. The waiting area is relaxing and we're always offered something to drink. There're snacks on the table. The rooms are warm and cozy. The atmosphere is soothing and calming, Even the washrooms are clean and very modern with heated seats etc. Nothing comes close to the treatment. I recommended the same massage therapist to my wife and she too feels that she received the best treatment. Keep up the good service. PS I used to train staff in major companies on giving excellent service so I know when I see good service. Safari Spa & Salon gives excellent service.

Heated neck wraps and blankets, adds the extra touches to make you feel special! Who could turn down the chocolate strawberry! Aromatherapy in your scrub and also a hand massage. Thank you Chelsea, so glad you’re back!

Unfortunately, on Saturday I booked in for gel toe nails. I was 15 minutes from the end of my appointment when I was told I didn’t have enough time for gel, and to pick a colour from the bin of polish. I felt so rushed. Any other time I’ve been I was given the colours early. Also, I was charged for a gel pedicure. I had to go back and ask for a refund (which I got). I LOVE this salon and will continue to go here. I was just upset as I would’ve booked another day if I knew I wasn’t able to get gel polish. Also, my toenails weren’t cut how I needed them so I had to unfortunately fix them once I got home, which ruined my polish. Again, I can’t recommend this salon more in general. It is amazing! Unfortunately my last experience was bad but I will continue to book at this salon.
