My phone was dead so i explained i was going home to call ama to have it towed. The car was not blocking anything and it was -30. He insisted i could not leave the car there and kept interupting me.
R	Rayma Layden on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend was treated terribly there last night when her car broke down. The car was parked away from the pumps and she had called for a tow but they couldn’t get there last night due to high demand. The owner was rude to her and wouldn’t listen when she tried explaining the situation and then hung up on her when she insisted on being treated with respect. I will not be giving them my business and he has lost the business of several other customers as well.
R	Ronald Ochoa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ March 9, 2021 around 11:35 pm was standing outside the store to buy smoke no one is around pressed the speaker button to talk (anybody home) so anyone inside can hear. A minute later one small guy came out wearing wireless earphones that’s why he can’t hear someone who is talking on the speaker. Took out the right side and ask me what i want so i showed him the brand of my smoke. It took him 5 mins or more looking for my specific brand. While he was looking was talking to a lady and told him i was waiting there for sometime coz he didn’t know there was waiting outside. Then suddenly he talked in the speaker telling us he can hear us talking about him coz of the earphone then remove the left side. I told him that’s why i was waiting outside for sometime coz he’s wearing earphones. I got little frustrated coz he can’t find my brand. He also got irritated and i told him I’m gonna talk ti your manager about the attitude and he said FINE. I just left to avoid more drama ? first time to encounter that kind of attitude
B	Becky Rosebrugh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a ridiculous store that doesn't allow a mixture of payments. Like splitting cash with debit or credit. It was my 1st time and LAST time I will set foot in that store.

There is a entire group of people trying to sleep and after repeat complaints about the fact you choose to do this while people are trying to sleep, you still do it. Can you please 1. tell the company you hire to remove the backup beeps and 2. maybe choose another time to do the parking lot other than when everyone is trying to sleep.

So, instead of calling me and letting me know so I could cancel my order or pick something else they just canceled my food, never informed me of anything and sent the drinks. When I called to ask them about my missing food they picked up the phone and said nothing just held it there, so I was like hello and he answers yea so I tell him about my issue of missing food and he says and I quote " Oh yea, we don't have that so we were told we can just cancel it if we don't have it." Talk about terrible service and communication with their consumers. Now I am not able to take my medication I need because they didn't feel like sending food which was the reason I placed the order in the first place. Don't worry though I will never waste my money purchasing anything from this company again.
L	Levi Thomas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son was there today to get gas and a coffee. The owner told him he couldn’t park by the pumps and get coffee. Son let him know he’d be getting gas after he went into Tim hortons to get a drink.Keep in mind all the other parking spots were full and all the other pumps were empty. I called the owner after and he was nothing but ignorant. I will be filing a complaint with the corporate office first thing Tomorrow morning. Don’t bother giving them your business. The Co op down the street has more stuff and the staff are much more kind
