Stopped after my son's baseball game...we were completely ignored. I made eye contact with 6 staff members, and they still couldn't be bothered to take our order. Won't go back to this location.

The older female manager is very rude to customers trying to ask for help and also to the courier drivers when they are just politely trying to give them their order number. The way she acts as a manager is quite unprofessional and makes it an uncomfortable experience when she is also rude to the employees.

Since they have no customer service and their 'Contact Form' constantly fails to send then here it is through the review. To whom it may concern, My wife and I went to the location in Clearview here in Red Deer Alberta Canada, as it was my first time back in years as I kept getting sick. I thought I would start with something simple; I ordered a poutine and 10 nuggets with small fries for my wife. We confirmed the order with the lady a few times as the intercom was very static. When we got to the window we were greeted by a very friendly staff. However, once we were at home and opened our order the smiles disappeared from our faces. The box with the poutine was less than half full and there were only 8 nuggets in the other. If prices go up, that is fine BUT should not be cheaping out with the amount. Due to us being in hurry we had no time to go back and return the order as we never even received our receipt even though we were told that it was in the bag. I should be thankful that this happened, even though it was my first time back in 10 years, as now I will never go back to another McDonald's locations again. P.S. if this is how you guys operate then you can keep the coupons. I can only imagine how many customers are being duped and ripped off. It is ridiculous we have to still give a single star just to post a review.

i pulled into a fully empty drive thru, no other vehicles, ended up waiting for a couple minutes before another vehicle pulled up in the other lane. their order was taken promptly, then i had to say hello loudly before they responded with a what would you like. the young guy never asked me if i was collecting the rewards. after i placed my order he didn't read it back to me which is policy, all he said is come to the window not specifying which one. i asked him to delete my order so i can get my points and he just handed me the machine and said he can't do that. i mentioned this to the person at the second window and his exact words were" it's your job to tell us you want points". i know for a fact that is completely wrong and not mcdonald's policy. not impressed. a manager come by and asked if they was a problem i said yes, while the young man said no and then closed the window

This has happened on several occasions…. When I order a latte, I ask specifically that the milk be hot and EVERY time, it’s lukewarm at best. Not sure what the problem is, but if they can’t serve specialty coffee the way it’s supposed to be served, then why have it on the menu.

We keep on trying to order drinks here to give a chance and benefit of a doubt but most often than none, there is something wrong with our drink orders. There has been a few times where our hot drinks were only 3/4 full. And was a times where our mocha drink was more like milk.

One of the newest locations so inside is nice but seems mismanaged. We were there with kids and fountain drink machine wasn’t working and no signs on it or warmed at the till. Simple order took forever to fulfill with 8-9 people waiting in the main area. Tried to get attention to get kids apple juice or something since we saw it sitting waiting for the rest of the order but everyone tries to avoid eye contact with customers. I’d avoid this McDonald if you want quick service and things t work as intended.

Waited 15 minutes to get served and put another 25 minutes for our food. And the manager Michael needs to be alot nicer to one of the young guys named Zachary felt sorry for the kid . And they need to start wearing hair nets when they have long hair. Pretty sure I got a small Sunday instead of a medium.
