★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had mixed experiences at this place. When I've had the wrist service in town it was here but also I've had good service. The food is ok nothing I've ever felt was amazing but nothing that is awful either. The wrist thing for me that I had was when I went there with my daughter after spending a day having a daddy daughter day, we went there for a bite and my kid really wanted the pizza they sat us down and never served us just threw us in a corner like we weren't worthy of being there so we left and I have not gone back since I was dragged by buddies two weeks ago were at first or service was awful but the manger did notice and corrected it but still took awhile to get drinks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the vibe of this place. Great food and piles of screens to watch the game. The best part was the people though. Kerrie Wagner was an absolute pleasure as our server. She was personable, prompt, and a real joy to chat with. I will return!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure what happened, we both had the burger beer special $17.99 x2 bill came it was $51+. Used $25 gift card charged 26+ before tip. Made no sense but we didn't have time to question it and paid. Too bad as the place, food, and service were awesome. Hate being ripped off though.
Update I'm totally impressed with Lloyd (the GM here). His quick response, concern and manner of resolving the mistake were totally unexpected! With management like that and the nicest patio we've seen in a long time we'll definitely be back!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a good place. Always have great drinks and good food. I worked at a Brewhouse in Calgary and gotta say the Red Deer one is way better, the servers are way more friendly. Have had some not so good food and service but everyone has bad days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brewhouse is standard wherever you go. Same menu, same sports theme vibe, same liquor specials etc. What makes each one unique is the server you get. Some may give poor service, some may be in a bad mood for whatever reason and in fairness that's not the norm. However once in awhile you get one that makes the whole experience just a lot of fun or extra enjoyable. That one today was Stevie in Red Deer. Pleasant with a charming personality and attentive. She's the 5 stars for sure!! Thanks Stevie from Bud zero, Guinness and deep fried pickles. She may not remember our faces but she'll remember our order!! In the Brewhouse lexicon they know me as Dougiebuds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service was excellent! Drinks were quick, and the server came back with the right timing to check how everything was going. I got the classic chicken tenders with PLUM sauce. Rare to see that nowadays. And my friend got the steak sandwich that was perfect cooked medium rare to their preference.
