★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been with Phebe for 8 sessions, she is a true healer. I had a ski accident 11 years ago, at the age of 15, and have had 3 surgeries since and suffer from chronic pain. I am now a ski instructor and am very physically active. I was seeing a sports therapist in Sudbury, ON, who was highly recommended, and was very good. However, Phebe's use of acupuncture, cupping, heat therapy and massage has reduced my pain symptoms significantly, and I feel more prepared to tackle my physical challenges than every before! I will go on to see a physiotherapist for more post-surgery help, but I encourage anyone with chronic pain to go to Rapha.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last year, I have been trying to call this clinic so I could book an appointment. Nobody answered the phone. I couldn't even leave a voice mail because there is no voicemail box. I didn't bother calling them back as no one answered my calls. Then today, I checked my groupons and I realized that I have this $30 towards 60 minute acupuncture and cupping massage treatment, it's already expired. I was excited because it says on groupon that I can redeem the cost of the amount I paid for, so I thought I'd give Rapha Acupuncture Clinic a call. This lady named 'Phoebe" answered and I mentioned about the expired groupon ( I was hoping that I can still redeem the amount and just pay the difference of however much the regular price of the treatment), she then told me that she will call me back but did not even asked for my name and phone number, then she hung up on me. I was surprised. I was like, okay maybe there was an emergency, maybe she will call me back , maybe they have a caller ID. No call back. So I called them again and I said we talked about the groupon, and wondering if I could get the credit at least? she said no because groupon only pays them half and cannot give me a credit or cannot redeem anything. I mean, I could understand they are not making a lot using groupons, but at least they should give their customers credit for that. I was excited to go to that Clinic but nope! Not anymore! They lady I was talking too sounded defensive because I told them that I should at least get a credit and it does not say of fine print that I cannot redeem and expired coupon, and that I contacted groupon prior talking to her, the groupon told me I can get a credit.
Not recommended, they need to work on with their customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Tang is amazing, I had insomnia for a couple of years, and used many sleep pills. One of my friends suggested me to try acupuncture. After just a couple treatments my sleep quality got improved significantly. Finally with one month treatments, I can sleep the whole night. No sleep pill anymore.
