★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Parrott is a caring, thorough, and knowledgeable practitioner. She has helped me with back and neck pain specifically, and I always walk away feeling like a new person. She also supports my whole health so even if I go in to see her for pain she also treats other symptoms such as stress, low energy, and emotional imbalances. I am also a Doctor of Chinese Medicine and I have full confidence in her abilities and consider her a very important part of my health care team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I first met Christianne when she came to speak to the running clinic that my wife and I were taking, I had been having some pain issues after extensive rehab of my hip flexor this past winter. After two sessions I was completely pain free and able to resum my 1/2 marathon training and strengthening of my injured leg. I have been back several times just to ensure that my overall body state is in good working order. Christianne is very professional about her approach and treatment of any issues that you may be experiencing, her knowledge and tips are also very helpfull, it is wonderfull to go to a healthcare professional who wants to help with your total wellbeing, not just looking to give a band-aid fix.

By the end of 2016, I was unable to work for two months due to severe inflammation throughout my midsection and legs. The turning point in my recuperation was after seeing Dr. Christianne for acupuncture treatments. I was nervous to get the needles but she knew exactly how to calm me down. Every session has turned out to be enjoyable and stress free. Now, at the first signs of pain and inflammation, I book myself in for a maintenance treatment. This is my key to living a healthy and active life, despite my physical circumstances.
I appreciate the added services of tui na or cupping, depending on what my body needs at the time. Dr. Christianne is knowledgeable, experienced and approachable. I am so grateful to have found a practitioner who could guide me. Thank you, Dr. Christianne!

She fixed my lower back/neck problem from multiply car accidents that physio and massage could never do. I find her meeting ALL of my needs, even going above and giving me more bc she's aware of whats needed! I couldn't imagine having someone else as my Acupuncturist.

I used to suffer from severe, chronic migraines all year, but Dr. Christianne has been able to fix that along with other ailments (muscle pain, stress, fatigue, infections, hormones).
