Based on reviews wasn't 100% sure, but figured I'd give it a try. Staff were great, room was spacious and clean. Had a great stay!

Positive: Easy access/parking location. Negative: The bathroom was severely outdated. Lots of broken and cracked tiles. Towels were threadbare and tattered, with Frayed edges. reserved a shuttle seat to our concert back. Bus was sketchy at best and returning bus didn¿t have enough room.

not a very good place to stay of you are wanting rest and relaxation, very busy area of homeless people, NIHB frequented stop making it extra busy for traffic and hard to find parking as a guest. plus side, there is a golf dome, but very little done to promote it, conference centre has huge flight of stairs making it harder for those with mobility problems, i think there was an elevator but didnt notice it, vending machines only on second floor, the lounge was good and the vlts were also a break from schedule, restaurant is also average at best, nice enough for convenient eating while staying, but skip the dishes has revolutionized eating while away on business.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel. Terrible. My clients purchased a one night stay at the Ramada so that their family could have a place to sleep before they got possession of their home the next day. Even though they already paid for the hotel, they were denied at the door leaving them homeless for the night because they were FROM Saskatoon. Clients called me crying as they had nowhere to sleep for the night. I called Ramada reception and they said there was nothing they could do. Thank God the Sandman hotel came through, I explained them the situation and they were able to completely look after my clients. Thankful for the Sandman staff.

Rooms doesn’t feel clean, and the waiters weren’t friendly when i was ordering with vouchers. (Treated me like I was just another dirty indigenous bum on her medical trip ). And blood splatter on the wall under the sink in the bathroom And the table legs were loose. The room didn’t smell pleasant And the couches look nasty ?. Couldn’t stand to stay so I booked another place ……

Pros: room and restaurant was clean and as described. Restaurant food was tasty. Staff were friendly. I liked having the keurig in the room for coffee Cons: bed and pillows pretty worn out and saggy, sheets don’t fit the beds and kept pulling off while sleeping. lots of litter outside of the hotel, hot tub was absolutely disgusting, brown scum coating all the bubbles, and the water absolutely stunk when the jets were turned on. We couldn’t stand swimming. Pool very cold. Sticky mouse trap full of other people’s hair in our room. Long wait for breakfast in the hotel restaurant.

I stayed here for 4 nights for my kid's hockey tournament as it was the team hotel. This hotel did not make a great first impression, it's in a somewhat dodgy area and the first thing I noticed was the bar crowd hanging around. The room I had was very worn out and tired-looking with nicked up 90s-style fixtures and furniture and crayon on the wall. That said, my impression grew better as my stay went on. The place is clean and well-kept despite the condition of the furniture, and the service was friendly and helpful especially in the restaurant and by the housekeeping staff. The pool area was much nicer than I expected, it's quite pleasant and nicer than some pools I've seen in higher-end hotels with much higher pricetags. The room itself was inviting with comfortable beds, a fridge and Keurig coffee maker, and the bathroom was reasonably nice. I had my sleep interrupted by a 4 am false fire alarm one night but that wasn't the hotel's fault. The hotel is definitely not in a beautiful part of town, but it does feel safe and it is convenient being located just a couple of minutes away from downtown and right on a major street. You can probably find a better deal for the money than this place, but at the same time there is nothing really wrong with it either.

So incredibly shocked at how society has lost their common sense. Front desk so unaccommodating. Refused to let a paying guest keep a make up bag at the front desk where we all know they have a locked storage room for guest suitcases. The area where hotels typically house baggage when guests have to check out way earlier than their flight. Guest was honest and said someone is coming to pick up a make up bag but because the guest said it was a friends make up bag and not hers? Seriously! So instead of being able to arrange a time convenient for the person to pick up the make up bag the hotel refused to keep it and instead expects the friend to come out late once guest is back in room and knock on guests door to retrieve it. Really? When questioned about lack of interest to accommodate the guest and the person picking up the bag the rude response from front desk personnel was β€œwe are not a parcel or delivery service” seriously? When I asked to speak to on duty manager she rudely said none available you can call in the morning. Really no manager on duty to even have a discussion. May not sound like a big deal but this was all prearranged before guest arrived in Saskatoon now plans had to be completely changed. Come on Ramada treat paying guests better and retrain your staff to accommodate paying guests. Would love to be contacted tonight by a manager.
