R	Ryan G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ More like a motel. Clean rooms for a good price. Issues with hot water. My wife and I stayed while visiting family nearby. This hotel is average. The hotel is located in the city of Duncan, on the highway. The rooms have been updated the best they can and were clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable. It is an older hotel and is actually more like a 2 story motel as the access was up a flight of stairs on the outside of the building. Disappointed that on the first day the hot water was not working, unable to have a shower and when I told the front counter they didn't seem surprised or eager to make it up to us. Hot water was back up and running the second day with no further issues. Air conditioning worked well which was awesome with the heat at the time. The small bar attached to the hotel was having an event and there were surprisingly no issues with noise. Staff was helpful otherwise and polite.

My partner stayed here for a work schedule and I visited I've never felt so much like family while staying at a hotel. Thank you so very much for such amazing customer service! We will be back and highly recommend!!

I spoke to just about everyone during my two nights there: front desk folks, bar tender, restaurant server, cleaning staff, and grounds keeper - everyone was very kind to me. The bed was super comfy, too. Downsides: the wall behind the bed was grimy (I dropped my phone cord by accident, and my hand had what looked like greasy lint on it when I pulled it out of that space); and, the exercise machines were a little dated (but worked fine!). Oh, the food and beer are both really good.

The room is spacious, the queen beds were comfortable and the desk has plenty of working space. The TV could be a little bigger since it felt small in comparison to the vast room space but I didn't really mind. It was also nice that they had a billiards pool table to unwind after work hours. The Old Fork restaurant within the hotel was fantastic to dine in for dinner. The staff was friendly and the service was great. I would recommend the Heart Attack Challenge for those who are looking to have bragging rights at the place.

The room setup is quick and easy as the staff have everything readied according to your needs. The catered dinners we have chosen have been buffet style and we haven't been let down. Food is well prepared and plentiful.

Monica the hostess and her staff go above and beyond to make sure you always have everything you need and even make sure they are around to say goodbye when you leave. It was no big deal, but the length they went to, to make it up to me, was above and beyond anything I've ever experienced or expected! The food was amazing and the customer service made me a customer for life!
