★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty good for its price! Room was clean with TV, lots of plugs for electronics, and you could adjust the temperature to your liking. However, beds were hard, shower was annoying to use, and I tripped first time going into the room. Still, pros outweigh the cons. Great place to stay while traveling!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A corporate guest of our company travelled to Valleyview area and stayed for 10 nights in a King Suite. Our guest enjoyed his stay and thought the kitchen area and appliances offered in this room type were very practical and beneficial. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT stay here if you have allergies. I was lied to on the phone while booking when the receptionist said it was a pet-free building. I arrived to find out it was not pet-free but I gave the room a chance anyways. The room smelled very musty and I immediately had breathing problems. After trying to sleep for a couple hours (it was too late to drive anywhere and find a new hotel) I woke up with an asthma attack and was forced to sleep in my truck in -10 degree weather. Not impressed.
Booked several nights here but checked out after the first awful night. My lungs are still recovering, it was the worst asthma attack I've had in my adult life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever, I can't believe I tried to give this place a chance after how I was talked to on the phone. Got there and she was even worse. I hope they get rid of her because she's causing the business their service....stay down the road at the Western Valley Inn, way nicer people to deal with.
