★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Complete garbage!! The hotel stinks of cigarettes!! But don't worry because as soon as you get into your room the smell of smokes, and mold is worse. The complementary breakfast cost money. I honestly can't wait to get out of this place.

Website said breakfast is included most definitely was not.. but they were allowing you to go to the restaurant next door get a breakfast deal for 5 bucks but only if your vaccinated which I get is the law but if you have to get it to go cause it’s the law well then you no longer get the deal you pay full price. $25 per night for pet fee!!! Hot tub only had one jet working and was absolutely filthy there was dirt piles all around the pool side. Bubble gum stuck to the inside of the slide. Beds felt like you were laying on springs tv remote didn’t work the first night. If you have kids stay at one of the other hotels in town and take them swimming at Valleyviews new indoor pool rec centre. Absolutely disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had car troubles on Christmas eve of all nights while travelling from Lloydminster to Dawson Creek.
The gentleman at the front desk was so friendly and accommodating, and helped us get into our room.
Beds were a bit harder than expected (ok, a lot), and the room was very clearly the "pet friendly" one (I had our dog and a cat with us but the room smelled like animals and the tub reeked of cat pee when the shower was turned on. The 2nd bed had a mystery stain on the end of it, too, so we used only 1 bed.
overall, not super worth the $150/night plus $25 pet tax, but it was a place to get out of the -30° weather on Xmas eve after a vehicle emergency, and we didn't wake up covered in bed bugs, so what more could someone ask for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is OK..... staff nice and helpful. Rooms are OK. But the BEDS are rock hard! like they are brutal. If you stay on the 4th floor ...... Holy smoking floor! It smells soooooo bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible hotel. The pet fee is $25 per pet per night which is okay if the hotel was not trash. The first room we go to the toilet does not flush and has a dirty mattress, the second he offered looked like house keeping sprayed cleaner on the mirror and didn't actually clean, the last room that we settled for had a disgusting stool and broken lampshade. We paid $170 usd for a room with 2 queen beds and 2 dog charges. They refused to give us a refund and kept offering dirty rooms

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They didn’t not have shampoo and body wash in the hotel. Not sure how this was suppose to be a pleasant stay, when I requested it, I was told that they have none and only gave me conditioner. Bed was good and comfortable but that was not the best of experiences for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely not a 3-star hotel! I usually don’t leave nasty reviews but want to warn others.
Poor service, low amenities and dirty: I found a bed bug crawling around in my room. The only nice part is the hot tub / pool area and location.
Awful front desk experience: the check-I process was slow and the lady was coughing all over the desk and payment cards without covering her mouth (Covid is still circulating…), the checkout agent didn’t offer any compensation or apologies for the bed bug. The halls are run down, the convenient access to Tim’s and the next door restaurant feels creepy with poor signage.
The room is surface clean only, the curtains and bed skirts have odd stains. The bathroom is tiny and dirty, the towels are old.
The bed is probably one of the worst I’ve slept in a hotel. Too firm, the sheets were hard and small old pillows.
The TV is too high up and be careful as they do not clear your Netflix and Prime credentials after your stay, the live channels had a weird wave on the screen.
