★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I read all the reviews and was a bit concerned but I come through Valleyview all the time but only stop briefly. I ended up having to stay the night tonight and thought I’d try the place out. Amazing service!! So friendly and so prompt! I ordered the NY steak and it was fast and came perfectly prepared. The veggies were excellent, not over cooked! For all the times I’ve been through here. Eaten here. Camped out here... I definitely say EAT HERE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was absolutely unedible. I ordered the philly cheese steak (old meat) and Mediterranean salad, that wasn't!
Neither one came with or as presented on the menu. I couldn't eat it, one bite of each.. and they tried to charge me full price, on top of waiting 20 mins for a glass of water, with only 1 table occupied and after complaining for a second time that I was getting charged full price, they take 20% off of a meal I couldnt eat! Why do they advertise as a Steakhouse and there isnt one steak on their menu anymore?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were great, they come check how everything is when you do NOT have food in your mouth. Everything is very clean, even the salt & pepper shakers! The food is great, the Buttered Chicken is amazing. They also have a few TV's to watch sport playoffs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a 8 oz New York steak with your choice of potato and seasonal vegetables for $22.00. I ordered a loaded baked potato and was charged an extra $3.50 and was also charged .85 cents for The sour cream. Most places include your condiments with your meal. Will not be returning here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't go off there posted hours they say open at 6am but 5 days I in a row have been closed still at 9 am. Stay away if you can't run you shouldn't have one. I get that you can be short staffed but that's were managers are supposed to step in . At least change your hours on your open sign

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initially I was expecting a more upscale experience but the food has a strong truck stop dinner feel to it. Don't get me wrong though! The food was very good. The portions are generous and well prepared. I will eat here again to try some of the fancier menu options
