I recommend this to anyone visiting Duncan as a “must eat at” spot while doing the Totem tour.

.Cinnamon buns are amazing
.Ordered 1 chocolate brownie & 1 Peanutbutter brownie to go, I didn't check the paper bag it came in until I arrived home later in the day & noticed I was given 2 chocolate brownie, it was quite a disappointed when it came time to enjoy the Peanut butter brownie.
Lesson learned, check that the order was correct.
Also, I noticed the paper napkins smell quite musty. I'm not sure what that is about.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Warm and bustling atmosphere , full of good vibes the minute you walk in! Delicious hippie vegetarian hot meals and desserts! The hot chocolate could be a little bit more chocolatay ! However still all the above and a must to visit!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great small local business, highly unique and without a doubt an asset to the local community. They support small musical artists and such. All in all of the most unique little shops I've seen anywhere in quite some time. They cater to all ages, I've seen people in their early twenties gathering there and my father who is in his 90's also frequents this place and he is proud to say it is his favorite place to go for coffee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My new favourite spot in town!! Amazing in-house baked croissants, (the basis of their sandwiched) are to die for. My wife and I loved the non-dairy and vegan alternatives, of which there are plenty. Definitely will be back many times. I got the egg salad sandwich and my wife got their pad Thai, no complaints and their coffee is very food too

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WONDERFUL! The staff are so friendly. Vegan menu is amazing!! I will be coming back again and again. Lots of seating and a whole foods, plant-based menu with options for everyone. Bonus points for a gender inclusive washroom. Note: this place is popular so expect a short line most times of the day, especially afternoon. They also run out of certain items later in the day.
