β β β β β New staff are having challenges remembering orders and getting food out in a timely fashion but they're all super friendly and honest about being new. If you have patience and don't mind reminding them a few times, it will come. Food ordered can taste different visit to visit. Sometimes too much spice is used on their dishes. The prices are raised every 4 to 6 months and the portions are cut back at the same time.

β β β β β My buddy ordered through DoorDash, asked for it to be ready at 7:35, they had it ready at 7:20, it was cold when he went to pick it up. So they said theyβd remake it. 40 minutes later we are still waiting on a poutine to be remade. Completely unacceptable, it does not take that long to make a poutine

β β β β β Had requested to pre order today so that we could enjoy our lunch hour was informed that they no longer do that but was told that if we told the server we were in a rush that it shouldn't be a problem. Got there at 12:35, ordered, informed that we were in a rush on our lunch hour got our food at 1:10, had to rush to eat what we had time to eat and took the rest back to work. Not impressed. Won't be going back

β β β β β Really loud atmosphere, food was bland and boring, ordered the steak sandwich medium rare and it came less than rare and it's literally a piece of steak and soggy garlic bread. I got it to go and ate it less than 5 minutes later. Would not go back. Giving it a 2 star because our server was really awesome!

Server Rachel, seemed more interested in her friends sitting beside us...
I know covids been over a month and is now non-existent, but when your restaurant is empty, why are you sitting everyone beside/ on top of each other?
Also I thought it was pricey, 20bucks for chicken strips!?

β β β β β Our visit on a Wednesday afternoon was great. The server was friendly. I would say considering our order was a burger and noodle and the time it took was perhaps longer than expected. Reading some of the other reviews we had a good experience. The owner should stop apologizing and fix the issues. Mostly it seems like late food and staff training. I would visit this location again.
