β β β β β Clean, secure, prompt and friendly service, comfortable beds. My unexpectedly long stay exceeded my expectations. The manager deserves an award for her work ethic. Anything one needs is fulfilled right away and details are attended to right away. Thanks again for making my stay so welcoming and comfortable. I would recommend this motel without any reservations!

β β β β β I have few days very nice stay. I know it's not perfect as hotel, but at least they're trying their best. The sweet manager told me about the motel story in the pass a year, The new manager came a year ago, new owner came half year ago...evething is better and better. I believe it will be much better when I visit next time. Good job girls

β β β β β I've been staying here a little over 4 weeks now after a cross country trip from Toronto to Vancouver Island. It's actually a very nice Motel that doesn't deserve the stigma it had in the past. The management is amazing and attentive to whatever you may need for your room. Like all rentals either motel or hotel there are going to be bad apples; but the Manager Tracy is a tough cookie and won't put up with it. She's very sweet and quickly dealt with any problem rooms that have happened since I've been here. And furthermore the owners have put in serious effort to make over the establishment to be very respectable. Finally the rates are fair and if you buy in bulk you get cut a deal. All in all: I recommend.

β β β β β This Motel had one room available for a last minute stay in the area and we were so happy with our stay. The place was super clean, smelled good, had a kitchenette with full oven, and even brought over a Keurig coffee machine as I brought extra pods. Tracy is the manager and she is awesome! So friendly and got lots of energy. Cannot beat the price. I will totally recommend this motel for folks looking for lower priced accommodation in a central Duncan area.

β β β β β Customer service was excellent. Tracey is very kind and willing to go above and beyond. We stayed at a time where they were upgrading the rooms. So the rooms will be a lot nicer. They room was clean when we first checked in.
We stayed while house hunting and Tracey helped us out. It was very quiet, no distubances while we were here. We had stayed for a few weeks.
Would definitely come back!

β β β β β I have been staying a few nights per week since July at this motel. Sometimes I stayed alone, sometimes I stayed with my dogs and sometimes my husband and dogs. I have also stayed there with my son. We have always been comfortable at the Duncan Motel. Management keeps this motel sparkling clean. The bedding is lovely and there are homey little touches in these older rooms that make them feel like a home away from home. The property could use a little renovating, but all in all and particularly for the price it is a very good place to stay. The manager of the motel has been very accommodating and has done her best to find a room for us even when the hotel is very busy. I am going to miss staying at the Duncan Motel now that my business in the town has completed. Thank you Tracy, Charlie and Frankie!

β β β β β Tracy is a very warm host and she is always there to make sure you have everything you need. You donβt hear your neighbours at all which is nice. Wifi works fine. Very friendly staff and also very reasonable prices. Rooms are cute also. Lots of hiking trails in Duncan and the stores are all 5 mins away. Very good spot to stay if you are looking for a great place to stay on Vancouver island. Very convenient ?
