M	Mr.T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sour woman at the front desk, aged gross rooms that dont look like the ads and noisy. Dont stay here. SO the owner responds with a bs response that says nothing and solves none of the problems mentioned...these kind of non personal do-nothing responses really don't make me want to stay there again. try harder

K	Kieran Howarth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unplugs fridges full of prepared perishable food. Hasn't changed bedding in 5 days. Refused to make a bed because it had a single closed 4 pound bag on it. Left a sassy note about being tidy as a response. Staff is rude. Don't stay here. Bed bugs are in some of the rooms as well. When mentioned to the staff they ignored it.
K	K Miller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked through hotels-upon check out the rate was more than through the site(guaranteed rate). When questioning the lady at the front she said well it’s because you had more than 1 person in the room(Double room with kitchenette). I did not want to argue as we needed to get on the road. I checked the hotels site at the rate for a room for 1 person or 2 next weekend and the rate did not change. Normally I do not complain but this upset me so will also add we had another couple guys with us(not booked through hotels) and when we went to their room upon arrival it had a lot of flys in it and a beeping fire alarm-the fix was to remove the fire alarm whole. Hotel seems pretty greedy! Will likely not go back next time we are in the area.
